  I called them 2 weeks ago and left a message. I am still waiting for them to call me back. unfortunately I won't be giving them my business because I called another company who called me back the next day and I had my roof repaired with 5 days . my advice is don't call new heights if you actually want something done .

  The workers showed unprofessional behavior while repairing my neighbours roof by intruding on my property. Even though my yard is fenced and has a gate, they repeatedly entered without permission to store materials and carry out their work. Upon completion, they removed their ladders and equipment but left behind trash and left the gate wide open. When I raised my concerns, the guy in charge merely suggested that I contact the office to file a complaint, showing no acknowledgment of the issue or any remorse for their actions. This behavior reflects a concerning disregard for respect and courtesy. Picture below is a worker on my fence and materials left in my yard.

  A New Heights truck and trailer came into my work place with 4 guys inside. Strong odour of cannabis, open liquor in the front seat cup holders, driver appeared very intoxicated. Very unprofessional, poor impression of the business.

  I am quite appalled by all the positive reviews. I have had and continue to have such a negative experience. We booked and paid a deposit for our roof to be redone in the middle of May, scheduled early to mid June. The sales person seemed very friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all of our questions. I was excited. We did have more rain this spring than usual so when we hadn't heard from or seen anyone by the end of June we weren't too concerned. However by mid July I had contacted the sales person to check in. He said try the office but he'd look into it. I called and got no answer so left a message. A few days later with no new info I called sales person again. He said there's delays but they're working as quick as they could. I mentioned not having any receipt for the deposit which was supposed to be sent and they said they would send that. I got a text asking for my email again , which I provided and then got the receipt. This repeated a few more times finally receiving a message mid August they would be there next week. They arrived around 2pm the next Wednesday, we learned they were actually St Boniface Roofing, which we were told they do not subcontract out. It's all over the website. They did not replace the plumbing stack which was supposed to be done. We were told someone else does the eaves and everything else and would be by the following week. It's been 3 more weeks now with no information and a half finished roof. I feel completely disrespected as a customer. Especially after reading so many positive reviews. The whole experience apart from the sales pitch has been completely unprofessional. I would like the job finished however I do not feel its even worth what I was originally quoted. Would not recommend. I would like to add St. Boniface Roofing were friendly and did a good job on the shingling. It's the principle that they claim not to subcontract out. I'd prefer to just get my money back and pay St Boniface at this point.

  I never had work done by this company but I was badly cut of by one of their drivers. Road was severely iced, he came across out of a far street side, turned left in front of me. I had to slam on my breaks to prevent from hitting him. …

  Great work and customer service that was over the top. I called at 9:30 in the morning and Daniel was at my home at 3:45 that afternoon and made the necessary repair to the soffit. In this day and age where customer service is not always given the priority it should be New Heights Roofing hits it out of the park!!

  I had New Heights replace garage shingles about 7 years ago and have had no problems. Recently, they replaced my downspouts on my garage as well as a better shingle system on my bay window. My daughter-in-law sent me photos of the work in action. It was done in an efficient and property respected manner.

  My top referral for roofing, New Heights continues to deliver on promises. Quality work, reasonable price and timeline and excellent customer service. Highly recommend New Heights, as a real estate agent, my referral database is very important and New Heights makes me look good, so I will keep calling them and you should too.

  Had a great experience having new heights redo my roof. Kyle the owner was very professional no bs. He was able to assess my roof and decide what really needed to be replaced while also providing options to upgrade during my initial quote and assessment. No pressure sales with a lot of strong information. Daniel was excellent at handling the behind the scenes work. Very polite and understanding. Dev and his crew did a great job completing the work. Very smart and down to earth guy. Hard working team. We did have an incident where a roofing shingle fell off the roof and scratched my window. Kyle, Daniel and Dev did what they could to rectify the situation immediately. They attempted to buff out the scratch with no success and so they decided to replace my window pane free of charge. I received multiple quotes from other companies, theirs was the lowest and best shingle quality at the base price. High quality shingles at low cost with an excellent staff. Definitely would recommend.
