Completely unsatisfactory service. 1. They insisted on providing a quote for work on our roof without a physical inspection just sent photos... Thought that was odd but went with it 2. When they arrived to complete the work a week later they discovered their quote was incorrect and the issue was entirely different and did not fix anything. They proceeded to send an invoice for just visiting anyway. They came a second time to resolve the issue with our roof and again no real work was done so we're still dealing with a roof at risk of leaking again and yet of course they insisted on charging us for their visit. Brutal. Issue still unresolved

Don't hire them unless you're ok with them underpaying their workers. Substandard work, poor attention to detail and not timely. Would not recommend to anyone.

Inconsiderate towards neighbors. I can only assume it's because they don't live in Winnipeg being their office local.

We requested a quote from Integrity Roofing in February and received a call from James within a day to schedule an estimate. He was friendly, professional, and very thorough in explaining the process and answering our questions. After comparing quotes from several roofing companies, we found that Integrity Roofing offered by far the best warranty, both on the workmanship and the roofing materials, which gave us a lot of confidence in choosing them. Once we placed our deposit, their team promptly contacted us to schedule our roof replacement. We were able to have the work completed within four weeks, which exceeded our expectations. Throughout the process, communication was excellent. They kept us informed about when to expect calls from the delivery company and followed up before the installation date with arrival times and important details. On installation day, a large crew arrived and immediately got to work. They were incredibly efficient and completed the entire job in a single day, despite working through one of the hottest days of the summer. The workmanship was excellent, and the cleanup was thorough. What really stood out was their commitment to customer service. They followed up afterward to ensure we were happy with the completed work and to address any questions we had. We are very pleased with our experience and would highly recommend Integrity Roofing to anyone looking for quality workmanship, great communication, and exceptional customer service.

This company is incredibly professional! Their staff is friendly and leaves your building site cleaner than they found it. We were quite desperate to close off an addition to our existing house, which had parts open to the elements and weather just wasn’t cooperating. Integrity Roofing moved in like a special ops unit, all hands on deck approach, and got it done in no time with next to zero notice. Would highly recommend and do business again! Thank you!
