  Hi Symon, Just to update in regards to our previous response.. We’re sorry there was a misunderstanding during a very busy emergency weather event. One of our employees incorrectly advised that the temporary roof protection would be free before management had reviewed the extent of the damage. Once assessed, it was clear the scope of work required would involve a charge, and we also recommended contacting your insurance provider for coverage assistance. Unfortunately, the conversation ended before we had the opportunity to discuss the situation further, and no work was performed on the property. Our intention was never to mislead anyone, and we always strive to be transparent and fair with our customers. Feel free to reach out if you would like to discuss further.

  Company illegally parks and blocks public sidewalks, forcing residents using wheelchairs and walkers to dangerously navigate the street to get by. When mentioned to worker standing beside the truck, he simply shrugged his shoulders and continued smoking his cigarette. His indifference -- and ignorance -- is a representation of how this company views community safety. When contacted by phone regarding the issue, the company denied having a crew in the area. Meaning: someone stole a roofing company's vehicle to work on a person's roof... and park illegally. EDIT: In a follow-up email from an unnamed sender, the company explained the half-dozen-crew's ignorance, throwing an "immigrated Ukrainian refugee" under the illegally parked truck as the fall guy. Welcome to Canada! Notice company's reply to review makes it seem the crew hadn't "yet" had time to move the illegally parked truck (reminder: it's still not an acceptable reason to block the sidewalk) -- though there's a crew member sitting against the tree smoking in the photo. No time indeed!

  We apologize for this, the truck has been moved. When someone called initially they gave a name of a street that our crews are indeed not working on which maybe caused the confusion. The crews were required to back the trailer up to load the shingles into, they just hadn’t unhitched the truck yet. The employee in question is one of our newly immigrated Ukrainian refugees, who doesn’t understand English very well. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we are always striving to do better.

  We had a roof installed two years ago. We had a few issues. This company is very slow to respond to after service issues. The roof still sheds alot and we are concerned with the quality of the shingles. Additionally we have been asking someone to come out and look at a loud noise that happens when it is windy. We never had this issue with our old roof. Something needs adjusting but no one responds to my emails. Poor after sales customer service.

  I was supposed to get an insurance related quote from this company. The owner showed up unannounced saying he was too busy to call ahead. I turned him away and all I got was a snarky comment about “not going to get the job anyway”. I guess …

  We are sorry to hear that you feel this way. We are currently extremely busy and we were doing a favor for the restoration company by giving them a second quote knowing that we would not get the job. No quotes were being passed around. Normally we would not of gotten to your estimate for at least a week but because our owner was in the area at the time he thought he would do you a favor and come by. So to be faced with a yelling customer when we came to the door caused him to be quite taken aback. We have amazing customers who are kind and understanding so when we are met with this poor behavior we only feel its best we not work together.

  Very upset that we now have had a third insurance claim from our roof that Krueger Enterprises did a horrible, lazy, inexperienced job at. I think the roofers had no idea how to properly nail down shingles or they were just lazy. When my husband tried to work with the owner and manager they were no help at all. When he wrote a facebook review they took it off immediately. We have had water leak in our bedroom and the last heavy rainstorm, we had water leak in my daughters room, upstairs linen closet, and the entire stairwell then falling to my first floor hallway. This $1000 insurance claim, the increase to our monthly insurance for life, and the moldy smell in our house angers me to no end, when this all could have been avoided in the beginning. I really wish the owner and management would have just been honest and professional and dealt with this issue when we first had a complaint and fixed our roof in the beginning. You would think that the customer comes first but obviously not with this company.

  After a couple of major storms, they were able to get guys out to come do some patchwork on our roof the day after. We really appreciated the prompt response. Ali and his crew did a great job on both the house and garage, very happy. We were also very happy to learn that they were able to do direct billing to our insurance company, requiring us to only pay the deductible out of pocket.

  Andrew and his team were amazing. After two years of trying to find a solution, they fixed the issue with my roof immediately. Very Knowledgeable, and quick to respond. Highly Reccommend!

  Had a insurance claim and Kruger did the estimate so I figured I would go with them turns out they are a great company to deal with from start to finish. Uta was extremely helpful and the siding professional named Guy was awesome and went above and beyond for me. Highly recommended!

  I had my roof fixed and re-shingled due to a tree falling on it, Krueger acted super fast and competed the job months before the estimated time was given. The crew they had was hard working, very polite and did a wicked job cleaning up. I’d recommend Krueger roofing to anyone needing work done, and from now on they are my go to company for roofing.

  We used Krueger for our roofing, soffits and fascia in 2017. They did a great job. Recently (2025) we made some interior changes which included removing the chimney. They were very helpful.
