  We needed a new roof. After researching we chose platinum quality roofing and siding. Jake and Seth came out answered all our questions and gave us a reasonable estimate. They were very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. They had a large enough crew to finish in one day and did a great job. They were meticulous in their clean up and making sure we were completely satisfied with the job. Thank you to Jake and his crew. We highly recommend this company. TV

  There are two factors that make Jake ( the owner of Platinum Quality Roofing &Siding) an outstanding businessman. HIS PERSONALITY AND PROFESSIONALISM. He was pleasant to work with from the beginning to the end. He was on time on our appointments and explained the every aspects of the Roofing project thoroughly. His team members also were courteous and extremely hard working. The cleanup job at the end of the project was done exceptionally well. We had this Roofing project done over 2 months ago, since then we have had some stormy days, but no problem.

  This was our first time hiring a roofing company/roofer. We had the roof re-done because it was older and had a leak. The process was fast. From the time of our first phone call inquiring about roof repair to the time the roof was done was a week and a half and the actual removing of the old roof and installation of the new roof was done in one day. After the roof was re-done it no longer leaked. We were told the roof came with a warranty. At time of last payment, we were told the warranty would be sent to us. That was in October. In December, I followed up with a phone call and I was told they would send the warranty out. Almost a month later, I followed up with a text and was told it would be sent out that day. That was two weeks ago. We have still not received the warranty. Our estimate stated that it covered the "supply and installation of flashing on all chimneys and pipes." There was some speculation from the home inspector (we sold our house and the buyer had an inspection that included the roof) that the boots on the roof vents were old and cracked. When I asked the roofing company about the old boots, I was told only the bathroom and kitchen vent boots were replaced, and that boots on electrical can only be replaced by the electric company. They did offer to come out and replace any of the boots if requested.

  Had a leaky roof and Jacob was very professional and helpful. Even when it started to rain he stuck it out and finished the job.

  We had our roof and siding redone. Everything looks amazing!! Jacob and his crew were awesome, professional, and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure we were 100% satisfied.🙂

  We could not be happier with the experience from start to finish with Platinum! First, the salesman was not pushy or I would have chosen another company for that reason alone. Pricing was fair from the very start and communication was excellent through the entire process. The day our roof was installed there was a potential for rain (thankfully it held off), but the owner was very reassuring they were ready to take action should it start to keep our roof dry. The end product looks great and the team worked extremely hard all day and they were all very polite. They went above and beyond to even clean a section of siding above our garage that we have been unable to do. They were also meticulous in clean up. We are very happy we chose this company and highly recommend them.
