I am very disappointed with the lack of communication regarding the roof replacement quote. My husband and I sent an email on March 24, 2026 at 2:39 pm and received no response. On March 25, 2026, I was told via text that someone would reach out regarding my property, and I provided the address, but there has been no contact since. I sent another reply five days later on March 30, 2026 to follow up again regarding my quote and still have not heard back. This is time-sensitive, and I would appreciate an update and a clear timeline for next steps. I have been waiting for over eight days just for a follow-up. Please contact me as soon as possible.

All I can say to the positive feedback is this, they must have fired and rehired another crew. In another year, probably I will have to get a real professional roofing company for a do over on the job that was done here. I would suggest less drinking on the job.

I recently had my roof replaced by plains and had a wonderful experience. After seeing several other companies replace roofs in my area, I had some expectations that it would be a little messy and loud. After the Plains crew was at my house, I was blown away by how clean their crew was At the end of each work day. They cleaned EVERY piece of trash and debris up like no one was even there. They were quick and respectful; we are so happy with the results. Travis was easy to work with and was responsive. I’d recommend Plains for anyone looking to get their roof replaced!

From first contact to finished job this Lubbock company is first class in every respect. They’re responsive and the crew who worked on my home was a first class group of people. My yards looked tidier when they left than when they arrived and they worked hard to finish the job in one day. Locally owned business is probably more critical with a roofer than any other trade, and Plains Roofing is the best of the best in locally owned businesses.

I got about 7 different quotes on a new roof, Plains roofing was by far the fairest. Travis was very upfront honest which is not what I getting from other contractors. I really appreciated this. They got me on the schedule quickly the guys came and worked their butts off, very nice friendly group of guys they finished and cleaned very well in one day, infact cleaned up so well they left my back porch looking better than it did before they came. My new roof looks amazing! I'm so thankful I got one more quote from Plains. Thank you so much guys! Big Thanks to the guys that installed. Very grateful for your hard work and kindness.
