I had a great experience with Pitch Masters Roofing in Kelowna, BC. Derek’s communication was fantastic from start to finish—he kept me informed every step of the way and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The team did an excellent job on the roof, and the quality of their work really shows. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional roofing services.

Let me start the review off by saying I’m an O.C.D German extra attention to detail kind of guy. So if I say something I mean it and it carries weight because I do not compliment if it is not worthy. Derek and his team are a rare thing …

Derek and his professional crew replaced the shingles on my roof with new and higher standard shingles. Derek came to view my roof, explained and made important suggestions before quoting and his crew replaced the shingles without delay. Big thanks to Derek and his crew.

I just had my cedar shake roof replaced with IKO Dynasty Architectural shingles by Derek and his team at Pitch Masters. Pitch Masters was excellent to deal with, respectful of our property and the neighborhood, and I would recommend them to anyone. Scott and Kathy Tupper

Never having a roof replaced before, I heard horror stories from friends about their experiences and dreaded the process. Derek and his crew could not have done a better job at dispelling my fears. Derek came out personally to give a very fair quote, actually much less than I was expecting, and was very professional. When it came time for the work, he and is crew did an incredible job! They were efficient, produced great quality, and thoroughly cleaned up after. Derek was very communicative with me throughout the job and I am very happy with him and his crew. Pitch Masters is highly recommended.

Derek and his team were a pleasure to deal with all through the process from initial quote to excellent communication and a great job done. Derek was onsite everyday working with his experienced crew. I was initially concerned with the stereotype of roofers being noisy, unreliable however it was the complete opposite. A great team of professionals who I would highly recommend
