The only one or two-star review we hold for Western Valley Roofing and Exteriors.

These bozos think it's OK to throw lit cigarettes out their window the same week West Kelowna had a large grass fire. I phoned the driver who seemed to think it wasn't a big deal. Find another roofing company who hires people who use their brains. Zero stars for these clowns.

Had some initial delay in getting our minor repair done due to some reasonable circumstances on their end. When they realized we had slipped through the cracks they were more than apologetic and came out immediately to help us out. The owner came out himself after hours and was polite, apologetic and fast in fixing the issue. We would call them for our future repairs and recommend them as they are obviously dedicated to customer service and making sure things are done right. Thanks for coming out in the smoke and traffic Angelo!

We were extremely pleased with Western Valley Roofing and Exteriors they were friendly competent and efficient, they completed the roof and clean up in one day. Initially I got quotes from four different companies and Western Valley came in less than the other three.

The new roof looks great and we’re really happy with how everything came out. One thing we really appreciated was how well they cleaned the entire area after the job was completed. Communication was easy throughout the project and everything went smoothly. Definitely recommend them!
