Working with Pinnacle Roofing on replacing my roof was a most joyful experience. My initial contact was with Yvonne to set up an estimate to have my home re-shingled. The estimator, Ryder came out on time and explained everything to me in a very friendly and unrushed manner. He said upon leaving that the roof work could start within 2 weeks. Yvonne took it from there and kept me informed on all activities and time lines. Well done Yvonne! In the smoke and the heat, Dill and his crew of 2, showed up as scheduled and was able to remove the existing shingles, install the new shingles and clean up in one day. Totally wasn't expected, but was appreciated. A few days later Pinnacle's Inspector showed to check out the work done and took pictures of all areas. A detailed report with the pictures were copied to me. In closing; I was very happy with the Pinnacle Team and their work ethics.

I have used Pinnacle Roofing for over 10 years now. For bigger multi family projects, single family, Reno additions and even had them very recently install some new vents and check the roof on my own home. They were the only ones I trusted doing my elderly parents re roof. From top to bottom they are respectable, do great work and pricing is always in line with my budgets. They QC their own work and stand behind their work to make things right if any issues come up. They are the first and only call for any of my projects and personally roofing needs. Highly recommend them!

After discovering a leak along my chimney flashing, It was a great time to have my aging roof replaced. I searched for reviews in Kelowna and Pinnacle had very good feedback. I contacted them to come view my roof and work required for the update. Pinnacle easily earn their positive reviews. The crews showed up when they said, and promptly completed all the work. They were professional, polite, and very easy to work with. The site was cleaned up and all debris removed. Thank you Pinnacle, for a great job on a roof, I won’t have to worry about for years!.

Pinnacle and their team are a pleasure to work with, and they always see the job through to completion. There are plenty of companies to choose from in the Valley, but ones with an ownership team as committed to a high standard of workmanship as this one are rare. That commitment is what sets Pinnacle apart from the rest.

Thanks Shea! Again the relationships we have with the Okanagan's best and highest quality builders in the area is the exact relationships we work hard every day and year after year to develop. Is it always roses? no... but when you work through challenges with honesty and integrity and do the right thing it can build a great partnership. Thank you for everything over the years. here's to many more.

From start to finish we were impressed with the professionalism and the fact we were informed of the entire process. Work was completed promptly and the clean up was done immediately after the work was finished. We were completely satisfied with the job. Thank you. Shout out to Yvonne.

Hello Ken, This review is everything er like to hear from our customers and yes, Yvonne is excellent as our office production manager walking each and every client though the steps of a roof replacement. It can be something homeowers only do once in their life and so their can be a lot of questions and anxiety about the process, the final product and the long term warranty. Pinnacle is a great team of pros who really works to be sure the homeowner understands each phase, is impressed with the quality and organization of the job and has a partner long term for the life of the roof. Thanks again Ken for the 5 star review and choosing Pinnacle for you roof replacement.

We always appreciate working with knowledgeable contractors like Luke, a person who truly cares about the large construction projects he is in charge of. Always fair but demands a very high quality, safety and professionalism. Pinnacle Roofing always looks to deliver on larger residential and commercial projects like the ones Luke is often the lead on. Thanks for the review and 5 star vote of confidence of our entire team!
