Called for an estimate and was told the contractor would visit the property same day. He mentioned that the report would be received that evening or the following morning. I never received the estimate and called leaving a voicemail. No one returned my call. Would not use due to poor communication & falsely lead commitment.

Abraham quickly fixed the leaking roof and his sheetrock man did a perfect patch to replace the damaged ceiling. It looks like new now. I would recommend his company to anyone needing roofing or sheetrock replacement work done. Thank you Pioneer for a job well done.

After getting several roofing estimates, Pioneer was the only company that was completely honest with me. Abraham took the time to thoroughly inspect my roof and explained that it was still in good condition. While every other company recommended replacing the entire roof, he only suggested the minor repairs that were actually needed. I really appreciated that he didn't try to upsell me into an expensive replacement. His honesty saved me a lot of money and gave me peace of mind. If you're looking for a roofing company you can trust, I highly recommend Pioneer. Be sure to ask for Abraham. He is knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely looks out for his customers.

I urgently needed a new roof following a storm when I was out of the area. I corresponded with Pioneer from distance. They were quick in inspecting and providing an assessment and estimate, thorough in explaining what was needed, offered competitive pricing, and not only did not try to up-sale me, but let me know what was unnecessary for the type and location of the home. On installation day, the team came in, removed the old roof taking care to cover plants and vulnerable windows, and installed the new roof in one day. That caused limited disruption before they left the worksite at a reasonable hour, clean and with no hazards. They then registered the roof for us and sent the warranty info. Overall, I could not have asked for more. Very pleased.

Abraham and his team at Pioneer United Roofing are simply amazing. They are very responsive, clear and concise in their communication, and incredibly honest in their services. Abraham gave us a comprehensive quote to replace our roof to include an estimate of depreciation. He ultimately helped us make the necessary repairs to keep the roof in ‘good enough’ condition in the interim. His quick scheduling and extremely fair pricing (especially for Veterans), was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend working with him and his team and we will be using their services when we finally do replace the roof. Thank you Abraham!
