  Had one of their techs out for a quote, a guy supposedly by the name of Mr. Rogers. After spending about half an hour on my roof, apparently having a few conversations on the phone while doing so, he left without saying a word.

  Failed to call me back and notify me they were rescheduling 2 separate times ultimately causing me to miss two days of work. I shouldn't have been the one having to call multiple times to figure out I would need to reschedule. Arrived an hour late when they finally came. Original job was quoted to replace any rotten fascia and soffits around chimney, which was not done and later claimed there was no damages. The damages can clearly be seen from the ground and the damages were acknowledged when the estimate was originally taken. I would not have agreed on the quoted price if I had known they were only replacing some pipe boots and installing a single piece of flashing. I feel the "discount" that I was given, was really bringing it down to a fair price for the work that was actually done.

  We really are impressed with there work and the clean up was great made a great decision to go with pioneer on point with color clean-up and the price can't go wrong choosing this company and the always respond to your phone calls 10 out of 10!!!!

  Pioneer Roofing just put my new roof on my house and I couldn’t be any more pleased! They did an awesome job all the way around. Attention to ALL the details and completed it right on schedule. I highly recommend Pioneer. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

  Pioneer was great to work with. They provided as many samples as we needed to decide on the color and type of shingles to use. The installation crew was very professional and they did a perfect cleanup after the installation. A storm came through a few days after the roof was installed and there were no leaks.

  This company has been in business for over 25 years. They have great customer service and their team is professional and responsive. Estimates are detailed and they answer any questions in a timely manner. I highly recommend Pioneer Roofing to anyone in need of a commercial or residential roof!
