  Great salesman! I was all in. They finally showed up for first steps of contract. Then, Total silence. I texted my sales guy twice because my gate wouldn't close & wondered why I hadn't heard any news on the rest of work. Nothing. Crickets! Then I got a call asking for my balance. My dog ran away because they left my fence unable to close, petrified! I asked supervisor to come out & was basically pacified everything would be fine. After several questions regarding the work, I do not believe the were honest with me. I have pics, emails & texts. Such sweet people horrible results.lots of excuses. Gate still doesn't shut. Just now was accused of lying about the gate!! It shut before, now doesn't. Hard to maKe that up! I text salesman 11-24-25 & heard nothing until 12-01-25! Great customer service,proceed with caution 1-7-26: lies & excuses. My fence opened & closed perfectly before the work began. Afterwards, it would not shut & the worker stated it to me, big guy in red sweatshirt! I had to sand down the fence so that it would close again. As stated in our phone conversation, I never received a VM from anyone so if I missed a call....I still have my texts that show a week went by without a response to my texts asking for assistance. I wanted it to work out differently but not the case. Next job, if there are errors on your part you might want to admit the error and simply offer to fix the issue instead of all the excuses & cover ups!

  Shannon, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry for the frustration this situation caused and understand how upsetting it can be when expectations aren’t met. That’s not the experience we aim to provide. After reviewing our communication logs, there was some phone tag on both sides, but we did remain in communication throughout the project via email, text, and phone. The gate issues were noted prior to the start of work, and we returned to adjust and shim the gate in an effort to help. As part of our standard walkthrough, we also make a point to remind homeowners about pet safety during construction. The scope was not to repair your gate, but to stabilize your foundation. The photos of the driveway show a few of the injection ports where we did the foam injection, but not the lift. This scope was discounted on the final invoice nonetheless. We conducted multiple walkthroughs after the work to address questions and clear up any confusion, and we offered several solutions, including additional work at a discounted rate and a discount on the work performed. While those options were declined, our intent was always to take responsibility and find a resolution. We would still welcome the opportunity to review anything that remains outstanding and address it directly. Please feel free to contact us so we can coordinate a time to go over everything together.   When I had an issue with the services they completed by an extremely young and uneducated crew and called the owner Mr. Crowden to try and resolve the situation, he responded in the most condescending and appalling manner I have been treated with in the course of doing business. DO NOT use this company unless you want to just burn your money and ruin your home in the process.

  I needed foundation repairs and had no idea about how to get it done. I contacted a couple of companies that I’d heard of that do a lot of advertising. Those companies promptly showed up and gave me an estimate, never to be heard from again. I discovered Deep South during an online search and the reviews were really good. I will gladly add to those reviews. Calvin, their field rep met we me, spent plenty of time educating about the work that would need to be done and in my opinion, did a more in depth evaluation before providing a competitive estimate. He followed up with me from the beginning until the work was completed. As for execution of the work, Austin led their crew on my job. They were excellent. He and the men that worked with him could not have been more courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Deep South to anyone needing this kind of work done.
