  Update: Dustin will not honor the 2 year warranty for my roof /chimney repairs. They did an awful job. In 1 year after they fixed it. I called him and told him about the roof/chimney issues and also this year the back part of the roof he came and looked at it say he will fix it. Meanwhile I had it looked over by Fleming roofing and they found more damage that what Dustin did not bother to point out. I called Dustin and told him I just want him to fix the warranty part. Dustin quickly say as of 2 months ago we no longer repair the flashing or caps for the chimney but… if you let me fix the back part of the roof I can let one of my workers that specializes in that to fix it . Why would I let him mess up the back of my roof?

  USA Roofing in Decatur, Alabama did an excellent job replacing my roof. Beau Berry was at my home immediately and began the roof replacement, contacted my insurance company, and had a new roof within one week. All involved were very professional and explained everything and answered all my questions. Highly recommend USA Roofing.

  Very responsive team. They showed up quickly, helped us through the insurance process and got our job done in a day and a half. Worksite was cleaned up thoroughly, the only way you knew they came was because of the great looking metal roof!

  We had an excellent experience with USA Roofing from start to finish. Beau was extremely responsive and did a great job explaining the entire process and what to expect at each step, which made the project feel straightforward and stress-free. The roofing crew was professional, friendly, and clearly took pride in their work. The quality of the installation was excellent, and they were very respectful of the property. When the job was finished, the site was thoroughly cleaned up — you wouldn’t know a roof replacement had just taken place. We’re very pleased with the results and would not hesitate to recommend USA Roofing to anyone needing a reliable, professional roofing contractor.

  This is the 3rd roof USA Roofing has done for my family! Dustin has worked with me from start to finish and has done an amazing job. They are very dependable, timely, and they do great work. They always return my phone calls. You won't be disappointed if you hire them to do your roof.

  Beau did a great job helping us through the entire roofing process. From helping with insurance to checking on the progress of the entire crew. We are very satisfied with our new roof, gutters and the work they did on the fascia and soffit. All of it completed exactly on time as he said. You can’t go wrong with these folks.

  USA Roofing did an excellent job on my new roof. I am very pleased with their products, services, and pricing! USA roofing’s Forman, Beau Berry, help me file an insurance claim and met the insurance inspector to highlight the damage of my roof. My insurance approved my roof replacement cost. Beau reviewed shingle options and colors with me. USA roofing installed the new roof on schedule, removed my old roof, and cleaned up all debris. Beau Berry was actively involved making sure job was done right. Beau Berry did an outstanding job overseeing our new roof! I highly recommend USA Roofing!

  USA roofing is Excellent!! Dustin Jordan is great, very professional and knowledgeable gave me an estimate promptly and had the crew working on the roof very quickly. They were very hard working starting early in the morning and finished replacing the the roof in one day. Job done well and had all the debris cleaned up nicely. Very impressed!!
