I had an appointment today at 10:00-11:00 AM in Owens Cross Roads. It’s now 7:02 PM and no one showed up, no one emailed or called to say hey I’m stuck in traffic or reschedule. Tells me all I need to know right there. 5 stars or not that’s …

Carly, we’re extremely sorry for this. We take full responsibility and accountability. It was on the schedule, but got missed. This is not something we practice at Quality Choice Roofing. We strive to give each and every customer the best experience possible. But on this one we failed. We are extremely sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Kolby and Michael came by today and inspected our roof, we are still waiting for the quote but I have to say they were amazing. Answered all my questions and were very helpful and knowledgeable. When we decide to get a new roof we will definitely be calling them back out and letting them do it!

What a bunch of great guy's and girls here at Quality roofing. Came home from vacation to a leak in my bedroom 😭. They came out the very next day to help me out. We had to wait on the insurance company, but they took the time to lay down a tarp for me. They treated me and my Brother like family. I did have two other people come out in the same day. The other two didn't even take pictures. Just looked around and left in 2 mins. Quality took time their time in the rain before leaving.. Thank you friend's!!

These guys were the best! They got me a roof that my insurance covered so it was totally free for me. I also loved how they kept in touch with me during the whole process, and kept me up to date on how everything was going! I would book them 1000x over if i had the chance! Thanks Again!!!!!!

I have to say that Ralph Barnett Jr. from Quality Choice Roofing did an excellent job with repairing my shingle on roof. He found the problem and had a solution for me on the same day! I highly recommend their service.

Outstanding roofing company! After 5 months of research and multiple quotes, we decided to go with Quality Choice Roofing. Russell was very helpful (and patient) with all our questions and concerns. We needed shingles to match our garage and he found a better quality shingle with a better warranty that matches perfectly! He also offered a longer workmanship warranty than all the other companies because they believe in their work being done right the first time. Ralph and his crew showed up at 6:30 am yesterday and finished up today around 1. They tore off the old shingles, replaced some decking, installed the new shingles, installed a cricket around the chimney, installed all new vent covers and pipes that blend in perfectly with the shingles, and installed a ridge vent. They did an excellent job of cleaning up everything when the job was completed. Price was very reasonable compared to other companies. I highly recommend QCR!
