Mike came out, took photos of my roof damage and told me he would fix it. After a couple of weeks I contacted him to see when he was coming. He told me he had a big job that needed to be done. Then he completely ghosted me. So disappointed.

Sorry for your experience we tried to get back to everybody in a timely matter. I switched phone services a few years ago because we had issues that could’ve been it not 100%.

Came and looked at my roof, promised an estimate - never heard back.

I am really sorry that you did not receive our estimate. Not for sure what happened but I take pride in fast response times. I feel horrible over this. I just learned how to respond to reviews, I know this was back in 2019 but if we can do anything for you let me know. have a magnificent night.

Pierce Roofing did a great job on our home. The crew was friendly & efficient. Our roof has gables & the back yard is three stories high. Not your standard roof. It did take two & half day because of the size to complete. You would’ve have know they were there after they left. However, looking at our home & the roof, it’s awesome. Thank you Pierce Roofing for a wonderful job!

Mike Pierce was great to work with. The color my wife originally picked was green. He was very honest and said for our home the color would not look so good and he suggested a few other colors and we went with a gray and are very happy with his suggestion. The crew was fantastic and very respectful to my landscape. I could not be happier.
