I'm the maintenance director at an assisted living facility and Phoenix Roofing was recommended when we ran into some issues. They evaluated everything thoroughly, scheduled the repairs and kept me informed the entire time. Very professional, honest and efficient.

Phoenix Roofing (Richmond, VA) helped me with a very urgent tenant matter. Their responsiveness was outstanding. I was provided a video documenting the problem, and they really saved the day for me. Their staff was great to deal with, and I highly recommend their services.

I have been working with Phoenix Roofing for over 10 years now. During this time I have always had superior service from them. It hasn't mattered if it was in the middle of the night or during a holiday they have always performed. I have the owners cell phones on speed dial. Great customer service, I wish everyone I dealt with was as easy.

I use Phoenix Roofing on many of my commercial properties and I would recommend them to anyone looking for an A+ roofing company. The owners go out of there way to fully explain to me what is going on when there is a roofing issue at one of my properties. I never feel like they are wasting my time or money and that they are quick to attend to my roofing work orders. In addition to being extremely knowledgeable in their field, they are also responsive to my emails and calls at all times and their customer service is incredible.

As a commercial property manager, I am tasked with handling all sorts of issues that arise on a property, from the day to day issues to true emergencies. Phoenix Roofing, is first number I call, when I have a leak. They are trustworthy and do excellent work. I continually recommend them to associates within my industry.

Phoenix Roofing goes above and beyond whether it's an actual repair or giving fantastic customer service. They always give amazing communication at all stages of repair and completion. Working for a larger Managment company, we tend to stick with the best. That's exactly what they are!

Paul and his team are great. Honest and hard working, they assessed our situation and worked progressively towards solution, even recommending things I could try on my own dime first. They care about their customers and they're my go-to roofers from here on out.
