The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Perth Roofing. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.
What reviewers keep mentioning
Topics Google extracted from this business’s reviews, with how many mention each. These are words that appeared in reviews, which is not the same as a service the business sells.

I haven’t had need of a roofing company for my home yet, but when I do, I will go to Perth Roofing first. This week I approached Ross and another guy (sorry don’t recall his name) at Perth Roofing about getting help with the roadway we use to access our allotment gardens off Rogers Road. We have a very small budget, so getting it fixed ourselves was impossible. Our passenger vehicles had a hard time getting to our gardens this year especially with all the rain. The road (a Town Easement) was badly rutted and flooded from constant use by both their vehicles and those of another company at the back of their lot. Immediately I was greeted in a friendly manner and an offer to drop off gravel and a loader to distribute it. This was done the very next day! I can’t thank them enough. On behalf of Perth Community Allotment Gardens, I highly recommend this company. They are good people!

Perth roofing has completed two projects on our property in the past couple of years, They have been professional in all aspects of there job, from the quotation process, timeliness of work, quality and follow up. The crew was exceptional in both cases and I would recommend them to anyone in having a roof re shingled.

I've worked with Perth Roofing for 8 years now, and they have consistently been dependable, professional, and trustworthy. It’s rare to find a team this reliable over the long term—highly recommend them!

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 5 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 5, of which 4 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Perth Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
