I’ve used this roofing company for several properties over the years, and I’ve been very pleased every time. Matthew really understands roofing systems and always offers clear, practical advice. When I had leaks on an apartment building roof, I expected a very costly repair, but they found a smart, budget-friendly solution that fixed the problem well. Since then, they have continued to provide dependable roofing service, solid workmanship, and fair pricing. Their crew handles repairs and roofing work the right way the first time, so there are no unnecessary callbacks. They also explain the condition of the roof, what work is needed, and the best option for long-term performance, which is especially important with the strong sun and heat in TX. If you need experienced roofers for leak repair, maintenance, or expert roofing advice, this is a company I would recommend.

Call Perry Brothers Roof Repair! You will be glad you did. They replaced our roof before, and we were very impressed with the roofing work and service, so we called again recently about a leak in our sunroom where the roof meets the chimney flashing. We had been dealing with that leak for a long time, and another roofing contractor had tried to repair it before but could not fully stop it. Their only answer was a full roof replacement, so we waited because of the cost. This time, we decided to get a few roofing estimates in Houston and included them in the process. We are so glad we did. They took the time to inspect the problem area, explain the issue in simple terms, and focus on the roof connection and chimney area instead of pushing a bigger job than we needed. In Houston heat and storms, it is important to have a roofer who understands how leaks can start around flashing and roof transitions. Their crew was professional, helpful, and easy to work with, and the whole experience gave us a lot of confidence.

As a first-time homeowner in Houston, I had some strong wind and storm damage that pulled a section of shingles off my roof. I was pretty worried about calling a roofing contractor because I thought I might get overcharged, but the service I received from Geoffrey was excellent. He clearly walked me through my roofing repair options, explained the shingle work in simple terms, and never pressured me into a bigger roof job than I needed. Because of my work schedule, I could not meet him at the house, so he inspected the roof while I was away, sent me a detailed estimate, completed the repair, and shared progress photos during the whole process. That gave me a lot of peace of mind and helped me feel confident that the roof work was being handled the right way. The pricing was fair, the workmanship was solid, and the damaged shingles were repaired quickly. I would gladly recommend them to any family, friends, or coworkers who need dependable roofing service.

i can’t say enough good things about perry brothers roof repair. we had a roof leak, so i called and within an hour braden returned my call and scheduled a roof inspection, which was especially impressive over a busy weekend. he came out quickly, checked the problem area, and put together a clear on-the-spot estimate that was detailed and fair. he originally said it might be a few weeks before the roofing crew could start, but later that same day he called back with an earlier opening and got us on the schedule much sooner. braden and his team did an excellent job from start to finish. they worked neatly, kept the property clean, and were very efficient throughout the roof repair process. the job was finished in just two days, and they made sure the leak issue was fully handled. they also explained the work clearly, used quality roofing materials, and stood behind the repair with a lifetime workmanship guarantee. very dependable service, great communication, and i would gladly hire them again for any roofing work.

A good friend pointed me to Perry Brothers Roof Repair for roof repair work, and I’m really glad they did. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Geoffrey was professional, easy to talk to, and clearly knew roofing well. He took the time to go over the problem areas, explain the needed repairs in simple terms, and answer every question without rushing. He arrived with his crew and completed the roof work in just a few hours, which was impressive, especially in the Houston heat. The finished roof looks great, and you can tell they take pride in their workmanship. The cleanup was excellent too. They left the property looking spotless, and even took care of a few extra areas that were not part of the main job. I was very pleased with the service, the communication, and the final result. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs or a new roof, and I would gladly call again for any future roofing needs.

From the start, we knew we wanted Malarkey shingles for our roof, and we found a roofer through the manufacturer listing. When we called, i spoke with robert, and he was honest, responsive, and gave us a fair estimate over the phone using satellite images. We also asked him to come out, inspect the roof with a drone, and provide a final quote, and both numbers were very close. We narrowed it down to two shingle options and requested pricing for each. One of them lined up well with the insurance-approved amount, so we moved forward with that choice. The Class 4 shingles took a little time to come into stock, but matthew kept us updated throughout the process so we always knew the status. Once the roofing materials arrived, everything moved quickly. We got calls to confirm delivery and install timing, and scheduling was easy. The shingles were delivered smoothly the day before the job, and on installation day the roofing crew showed up early and got started right away. For a large single-story home, the roof replacement was completed surprisingly fast, and the workmanship still looked solid and professional. It was clear the crew had a strong system for tear-off, underlayment, flashing, and shingle install. There were a couple small items that needed follow-up, including a vent and a rain diverter, and the team handled both promptly after we let them know. A few plants near the front of the house were lightly disturbed during the project, but braden and the crew addressed it quickly when we pointed it out. That kind of follow-through meant a lot. Overall, we are very happy with the whole roofing experience. The crew worked efficiently, kept disruption to a minimum, and communicated well from estimate to final touch-ups. i would gladly recommend them to anyone needing a roof replacement in hot weather areas where durable shingles and good ventilation really matter.
