Perfect Roofing did an outstanding job replacing our tile roof. From start to finish, their customer service was excellent. They kept us informed throughout the entire process and were always responsive to our questions. The quality of the workmanship exceeded our expectations, and their attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the installation. The crew was professional, organized, and left the property clean each day. There are companies that get the job done, and then there are companies that completely redefine what great customer service should feel like. Perfect Roofing is one of those companies. From my very first conversation with Claudia Martínez and Emanuel Martínez, I knew I was dealing with people who genuinely care. There was never any pressure—just honesty, transparency, patience, and the kind of communication that instantly gives you peace of mind. What impressed me the most wasn’t just the quality of the work—it was the entire experience. If you’re looking for a roofing company that values integrity as much as craftsmanship, I can confidently say you’ve found it. Thank you, Claudia and Emanuel, for setting a standard that so many businesses should strive for.

Perfect Roofing of Florida recently replaced our flat roof in Miami Shores, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. They took the time to explain the roofing system, answered all of our questions, and kept us informed throughout the project. The crew arrived on time, maintained a clean job site, and completed the work with great attention to detail. The quality of workmanship was outstanding, and the finished roof looks excellent. What really stood out was their customer service and commitment to doing the job right. It’s not easy to find a contractor you can trust, but Perfect Roofing of Florida exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a reliable roofing company in Miami Shores or anywhere in South Florida, we highly recommend Perfect Roofing of Florida.
