  I will say I was very pleased with Luis who was the salesmen for the company, he took his time with me and I genuinely believe he was one of the few people who spoke to me with respect. I was giving an estimation start date of 5-6 weeks. It took 9. I was giving a start date. It was pushed back by a week and they couldn't give me the courtesy of a phone call to explain that, get ready to chase them for absolutely everything! The one thing their super attentive about is pestering you a pay immediately for anything but they do take their time to respond back on the mass majority of topics minus payment. I was given a wood bill estimation, I ended up paying DOUBLE that estimation without a heads-up I only noticed on the final bill. It just makes you question the integrity behind that estimation, when the fascia boards were being replaced they removed over 40 feet of my soffit. I understand they needed too but I was not even told about it, I only noticed when I went outside and noticed a staggering amount disappeared. Their response was "Oh I guess we had to remove it" and they immediately gave me a quote to replace it, once more it just makes you question the integrity of it and by the way I found a local licensed/insured contractor who replaced those damages for half of what T&S offered me. I understand my roof was not the normal roof repair and we needed to have a major renovation, however, the customer service after I signed up was quite terrible. I will say Jerimiah did his best and I believe explained everything to me well but his estimations were way off(literally double) of what I ended up paying at the end of my lumber way. I did not enjoy my experience with Ana, she even took a week to email me something as simple as the warranty information after we made our final payment. Ana always made sure to call and ask for payment with an attitude/snarky tone, I do not believe Ana is a person who is suited to work a customer service role. Besides her I believe everyone

  Sandy, we’re sorry to learn that you were dissatisfied with your experience, as this does not reflect the impression we had based on our communications throughout the project. For clarity, your contract was signed on May 11, the permit was approved May 28, and we completed our pre-construction meeting on June 4. Following weather-related scheduling delays from significant rainfall in June, construction began July 13. By July 23—just 10 days later—the roof replacement, cleanup, and permit finalization were completed. We understand that the amount of damaged wood discovered was frustrating. Unfortunately, once the existing roofing systems were removed, extensive deterioration of the original deck was uncovered. Your home was built in 1960, and the previous roof had been installed over an existing roofing system rather than removed to the deck. This resulted in additional material that had to be removed and disposed of, as well as deteriorated decking that could not safely or properly be roofed over. As outlined in our contract, unforeseen damaged wood must be replaced before a new roofing system can be installed. Regarding your interactions with our office, management reviewed the documented texts and emails and did not find communication intended to be dismissive or disrespectful. Final warranty documents are issued once final payment has cleared; despite a brief office power disruption, all required documents were provided. We stand behind the work completed on your home and are disappointed that your overall experience left you feeling otherwise. We appreciate your feedback and will continue using it to improve how we communicate with our customers.

  I was looking forward to possibly working with this company to replace all of my windows and sliding doors. Luis came out the first time and measured all but 1 large window on the upstairs. He stated he would send the estimate and if it was fair he would come back and measure the large window. I never received an estimate. I contacted Luis for the estimate and he stated he wanted to come back out and re-measure as to give me a proper quote. I made time for Luis again. He re-measured all the windows and doors and a month later from the initial appointment and I still have not heard from Luis or seen an estimate for my windows and doors. Its unfortunate because I am a no nonsense cash paying customer.

Because of this, there wasn’t a clear opportunity for our advisor, Luis, to complete a final review or follow-up. That said, we always strive to provide clear communication and timely, accurate estimates, and we’re very sorry if this experience felt otherwise.   I Would never recommend and not sure where to begin, just deception after deception after deception, and dishonesty and that's all for a quote. I rated them several months ago then they contacted me and pleaded with me to remove the bad review and that they would address Manny's communication and customer lack of skills issues . I honored my part of the agreement, but they never honored theirs. Then aftere several calls, Leo was dispatched to provide a quote but I never heard back from him again. I called several times and everytime I was told someone would call you which never happened. And good luck talking to the owners/managers, you have to go thru a top secret clearance interview and still wouldn't be able to speak to them.

  I hired TS Roofing to fix a roof leak. They came out promptly inspected, and quoted a repair for that single issue. I paid, and then they told me it would be three weeks before they could schedule the work. While waiting, a second leak appeared in a different area of the roof. I asked them to come take a look, which they did promptly but then I heard please hold we are still thinking for weeks. No follow-up, no quote, no next steps. Eventually after pushing I got a message saying: > "Unfortunately, based on the current condition and age of the flat roof, my only honest recommendation remains a full replacement. Given the structure of flat roofs, it’s extremely difficult to apply any temporary mitigation like tarps, as water tends to either pool on top or seep underneath. Attempting anything temporary would likely not stop the leak and could allow further damage.In my opinion, the best approach would be to replace the full roof system when possible, as this will allow proper access and ensure a long-term solution. Regarding the sloped roof repair you already paid for, the project administrator in the production team confirmed that we are ready to complete that repair tomorrow morning. Please confirm if that works for you. Our crew will be arriving." So after weeks of no solution, they respond not with any plan to address the second leak, but by recommending a full roof replacement… while still planning to come out and do the original repair tomorrow. The same repair they are now implying is pointless. They’ve left me with two active leaks for weeks repaired one and gave no real plan .. just a patch job they don’t believe in. Frustrating experience.

  Dishonest unscrupulous people. Run if you still have time... Their quote was lower than other providers. Their lumber schedule is the most expensive of all… You would think that is not a big deal, except that they will end up charging you for wood that was not even delivered to your house. Say six 2x4s delivered, ten will be invoiced to you… stating that the crew carries extra wood in their cars, which is obviously not true. That is how they make their money on top of the initial low quote. They teared down by accident a porch from an in-law apartment by the side of the house (crew member fell from main roof into the porch)… The company refused to fix/cover the expenses of fixing it because it was built with an old construction code that didn’t comply with current codes. They even threatened to go to the city or raise a claim against my home liability insurance because the porch did not resist the fall from the crew member who could have hurt himself due to this. Really hope not needing to use the warranty and luckily ever have to deal with these people again in my life. Best of lucks finding a good provider for fixing your roof. I was not that lucky.

  We hired this company to replace our roof. They came tore of our roof then stopped working and said they couldn't continue. They left our roof exposed and with the rain caused extensive ceiling damage. On top of that they tried to collect money for starting a job and leaving us stranded in a horrible position. WARNING DON'T BE FOOLED NY FAKE REVIEWS. HORRIBLE ROOFING COMPANY.

  I will not recommend T&S Roofing. Lack of professionalism to say the least,, I had an in-person appointment scheduled, the person calls and tells me that it is going to cost an exorbitant amount, when I tell her that it seems exaggeratedly high, calls back in about an hour and tells me that it would be like 6K less than previously quoted, it seems that Mr. Sanchez is not interested in the relationship with his prospective new clients, I will advise everyone to just walk away.

  We had T&S replace our roof and overall it was a great experience. Our sales rep Rick was understanding for what we were looking to have done. Ivana the project manager and Jeremiah the site supervisor were great being on top of things and answering my questions and concerns including having the carpenters come back after the roof was done to drill a hole in the soffit to bring through the wires for a light fixture that was there before but inadvertently covered up. There were two drawbacks, one that could not be helped. The one that could not be helped was the amount of wood under the old roof that had to be replaced including the soffit. The other drawback was the pricing for the additional wood. Out of all of the roofing companies we got estimates for, they had the highest price for additional wood. Not thrilled about that part. But the roof looks great and we should not have to worry about it for as long as we live in the house. Definite pros are the excellent customer service and communication. And as stated before, the roof looks great. Despite the higher price on the additional wood we still recommend them and will call them should we have any problems

  If you’re looking for the best roofing company please don’t waste time and contact T & S!!! The most professional company!!! Their work speaks for themselves. They’re a great team and everyone does is job with the highest standards. Everyone was very responsive, kind, patient and professional.   This is a very solid company. They're not trying to make an easy buck and don't hire people who don't know what they're doing. They replaced our roof 9 years ago, pulled the permits, and passed all inspections. The roof was leak-free for a good while. Since they did the job 9 years ago, from time to time, we have had small leaks, and they have come out every time and fixed it, usually at no cost, honoring their warranty. Just recently, my city issued a frivolous notice of violation having to do with the roof, and T&S roofing worked with me to resolve it. That is how come I am writing this review now. They did a fine job at a very reasonable price and have stood by their work all the way. I highly recommend T&S Roofing!
