  All went well. Chris was very respectful and polite. The whole process of waiting was not that stressful. I was informed throughout everything that was going on. I'm pleased that the roof was replaced and the repairs were done. Great job done on the roof. I'm thankful.

  During the terrible storm on July 18th, we were shocked to discover a leak in our roof. The water was coming into our attic and dripping through the pull-down and onto the floor below. We were in a panic! With another round of torrential rain expected in an hour, we started calling roofing companies. No one could come out until Monday — until Perfect Restoration answered our call. Chris was calm and professional and said he would be over in 30 minutes. He arrived promptly and assessed the problem quickly (the silicone seal around the chimney had disintegrated and there was no flashing). He sent his crew over immediately to patch the seal and we were able to weather the second storm with no leaks. Chris scheduled his Foreman to come repair the roof on Sunday. Charlie arrived at 7am and quickly got to work. Within 2 hours, he had repaired the roof, put on new flashing and shingles and the roof looked fantastic! We cannot say enough about Chris and the entire crew of Perfect Restorations — prompt, professional personable and took our worries seriously. Chris made sure we were taken care of — his true talent is customer service.   Hands down the best experience! I cannot recommend Perfect Restoration Roofing enough! Getting a new roof can be an incredibly stressful process, but they made it completely seamless from start to finish. They took care of absolutely everything with my insurance company—handling the paperwork, meeting with the adjuster, and making sure all the damage was fully covered. I barely had to lift a finger. As for the actual work, the crew did a fabulous job. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and the final result looks stunning. They also did an immaculate job cleaning up afterward; I didn't find a single stray nail or piece of debris in my yard. If you want a trustworthy, professional roofing team that handles the heavy lifting with insurance, this is the company to call!

  I received a free estimate on gutters and asked Christian about a phantom roof leak I had. 2 previous roofing companies said everything looked good. The day Christian was here he photographed the chimney and immediately saw that the chimney flashing (or lack there of) was the problem. Scheduling was easy and the crew(s) who arrived were professional, neat and efficient. It seems that they are a relatively new company but I gave them a chance and everything looks great. It hasn’t rained yet but with a guarantee, I am confident that the job was done right this time. As a follow up months after the repair and several heavy rainstorms there was no leaking!
