I recently hired Perfect Pitch Roofing and had a very disappointing experience. Roy was unprofessional and rude throughout the process. He was dismissive when I asked questions and did not communicate respectfully, which made the project more stressful than it needed to be. On top of that, the crew left a mess behind, with nails and debris scattered around my property. Cleanup should be part of the service, not the homeowner’s responsibility. I would not recommend Perfect Pitch Roofing based on my experience.

First of all, we have no record of you as our customer, so I do believe this is an attempt to slander us as a company. Secondly, what you have described as the way I treat any customer as rude and dismissive, is a complete dishonest account of me as an individual, as is reflected in my other reviews. Thirdly, it’s proven that this is a fabrication, as we don’t use a crew for roof repairs and roof inspections, that is done by one person, my son, and he would never do what you’ve described. It’s unfortunate that you have chosen to try to smear me and my company for whatever reason. Hopefully you find whatever you’re trying to achieve by this.

Joe did a good job, however we had a racoon issue, and joe promised to fix it with metal under the shingles at n/c since he did not have to change the step flashing which he charged to do. I doubt that after he is paid he will ever come for a repair. Does not even have the decency to return a phone call. I even offered to pay for this small i hour job.. Very disappointing...

Hi Frank, you have the wrong Perfect Pitch Roofing…. We are in Port St. Lucie, Fl and we have no Joe that works for us or have ever been involved with a raccoon issue. Sorry for your bad experience with them.

you are way too expensive...you did a lousy job on my chimney. the flashing should have been cut into the mortar joints and sealed, not surface applied. you left debris on my roof and nails on the ground that could have been run over by my car...enough said

We have no record of you as our customer…you must have us confused with the other roofing company with a similar name that is also in Florida. Sorry for your bad experience with them.

A lot of money and now on the 2nd and 3rd leak from their repair. Would not recommend.

Sorry you were unhappy with us. I clearly let you know that your roof was in need of replacement when we looked at it but you wanted to repair it instead. We repaired 2 areas and responded quickly when you still had an issue with one of them. You never made us aware there was still a problem or we would have come out for free as you were under warranty. When I did a routine follow up with you, you informed me you had someone else replace your roof.

I never do reviews, but felt compelled to do one for Perfect Pitch. Roy and his two sons are fabulous!! They replaced my roof in a timely fashion, cleaned my property up like no one was ever there and their pricing was very competitive and fair. Do not waste your time with any other companies. Roy and his boys are professional, personable and honest. Outstanding experience all around. Joe and Debi DePasquale Stuart.

I had a new standing seem roof installed on my home in June of 2024. Perfect Pitch's pricing is very competitive. They came when promised finished the re-roof quickly. All of the permitting paperwork and certificate of completion was provided for the file. I would recommend their services to anyone. Had a tropical storm come thru several months after the installation and things held up well.

Roy and Co. are amazing. Local small mom and pop business +++. I have referred Roy to several people, and they have all thanked me. Quality craftmanship and neat. They put a new roof on my house and they were in and out. I wasn't living in a construction site like some of my neighbors where there contracyor took months to finish the job. Thank you, Roy and Cindy,
