I just got my roof replaced by Perez. They did a very nice job and they cleaned everything up at the end. They gave me the best estimate out of almost a dozen roofing companies. Perez actually did a First Responder discount, not like places that say the will then don't. They got the roof replaced very quickly too, I didn't have to wait weeks. It's good to give business to a smaller company too. The guys who worked were friendly and they got it done so fast! I would recommend them. The roof also has a good warranty.

I would highly recommend Perez Exteriors. They were very professional. They stayed in communication from start to finish. Removed 2 layers of shingles. And put new shingles on same day. They cleaned the gutters out. And cleaned up all the old debris. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

100% the BEST of the BEST!!!!!!!! Andre and his crew did our roof a couple years ago, they did a great job. They were on time, very clean and definitely VERY honest. I had some rot in the plywood, he sent me pictures, explained everything to me and replaced it. He also recently came out and fixed a nail popping out on our chimney for our woodstove, no questions asked. If you don't choose his company for roofing or any exterior work you are doing yourself a disservice. It's very hard to find a reputable/honest company that sticks by their work and won't over charge nowadays. He and his company is just that!!!! 100% would recommend him over EVERYONE!!!
