I had a new roof installed recently, and every step of the roofing process was clearly explained by Brian in a way that was easy to understand. I was shown several shingle options to choose from and given a solid timeline for the roof installation. The roofing crew was very professional, skilled, and punctual throughout the job. Their work ethic was excellent, and the quality of the roofing materials really stood out. I was also very pleased with their friendly service and how well they cleaned up after the project. In the El Dorado Hills area, it is great to work with a roofing team that understands the local heat and chooses materials that hold up well. I am completely satisfied and highly recommend this roofing company.

I’m consistently impressed with the roofing and exterior work. The crew was experienced, skilled, and easy to work with. They re-shingled my roof after storm damage and did a great job making sure everything looked solid and weather-ready for the warm El Dorado Hills climate. Along with the roof work, they updated the house siding, replaced corner and inside trim, and aluminum wrapped the remaining boards to help reduce upkeep. They also sealed and caulked the areas that needed extra protection. The new maintenance-free siding has the color built in, so there is no need for painting, and it really improved the overall look of the home. When the old siding was removed, they found some damaged sheathing behind the deck attachment area and replaced it properly. They also added house wrap after taking off the original siding, which gave the home better protection and improved the exterior system overall. We are now planning to replace the cedar shutters with maintenance-free shutters to match the rest of the updated exterior.

My experience with Peretz Roof Repair and Replacement goes back several years, and this was the second roofing project they completed on my home in El Dorado Hills. After a strong storm, I needed a full roof replacement along with new siding and downspouts. I also decided to upgrade the fascia, soffit, and gutters, so I had quite a few questions about the roofing materials, timing, and overall process. Brian explained every step clearly and was always easy to reach when I needed answers. He was especially helpful with picking the roof and siding colors. I had a hard time deciding, and his suggestions were excellent. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole project feel much easier. The roofing crew did a great job from start to finish. They worked carefully, stayed organized, and paid close attention to detail. I have a dog, so a thorough cleanup around the home was very important, and they handled that perfectly. The new roofline, gutters, and exterior trim all look fantastic, and my home has a clean, updated look. I am very impressed with the quality of the work and how smoothly everything was completed.

The attention to detail, service, and workmanship were excellent during my home roof replacement in El Dorado Hills. Peretz Roof Repair and Replacement made the whole roofing process smooth and easy, from the initial roof inspection and insurance claim support to the final installation. Brian handled each step with real expertise and kept everything on track. The roofing crew also did a great job keeping me updated with real-time photos, explaining the progress clearly, and making sure the yard was left clean with no debris after the work was done. The project felt stress free from start to finish, and I highly recommend them for roof replacement and related roofing services.

As an architect, I recently needed roof maintenance on a home, but the first roofing contractor left the roof in bad shape, damaged several skylights, and caused major water intrusion inside. I then contacted a highly recommended roofing professional, and Melvin came out the same day to inspect the damaged roof system. He gave a clear, professional assessment and explained several repair and reroof options in simple terms. After reviewing everything, we agreed the home needed a full new roof and multiple replacement skylights. Melvin quickly became a trusted part of the process and focused on protecting the home right away. In just one day, the roofing crew removed the damaged materials and installed a complete new roof system along with new skylight base units. Because custom skylight parts needed extra time, the team used a smart temporary weatherproof solution with proper flashing and secure covers to keep the house dry and protected. When the new skylight tops arrived, Melvin returned promptly and personally completed the final installation. The home is now fully sealed, dry, and secure. The new roof, skylights, and interior repairs all look excellent. After seeing the roofing work firsthand, I can confidently say the crew showed real skill, professionalism, and great attention to detail throughout the entire project.

I recently had my roof replaced and I’m very glad I chose this roofing company. They are a family-run team that truly cares about their customers and takes pride in quality roofing work. Ezra stayed involved through the whole project, from the first inspection to the final cleanup, and checked in often to make sure I understood each step and had all my questions answered. Brian came to my home and gave a very detailed roofing presentation that stood out from the other contractors I spoke with. He explained the shingle options, underlayment, ventilation, and the full scope of the roof replacement in simple terms, which made the whole process easy to follow. Even though the shingle color I first wanted was no longer available, they helped me choose another color that looks great with my home, and I’m very happy with the final result. Out of the roofing estimates we received, this team was the only one that did not pressure me to decide right away. They gave me time to review everything, compare materials, and feel comfortable with my choice. Their pricing was also much better, and they still included the same services and high-quality roofing products that other contractors quoted for much more. The roofing crew was polite, skilled, and professional throughout the project. They worked efficiently, treated my property with respect, and completed the installation with great attention to detail. The cleanup was excellent, and they even removed an old antenna from the roof at no extra charge, which I really appreciated. Melvin, Brian, and Ezra were all very communicative and easy to work with. The whole team made the experience smooth and stress-free, and they made me feel like a valued customer from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing roof replacement, roof repair, or general roofing services.
