I first worked with Melvin, and the crew came out to inspect the roof, gave a clear estimate for replacing about 3,000 square feet of shingles, and helped move the insurance process along for older storm damage. Once the roof work started, the team stayed on schedule and finished the shingle replacement in about 3 days. The workmanship was clean, professional, and there were no quality issues at all. The crew communicated well, kept the job site organized, and made the whole roofing project feel easy. I usually do not leave 5-star reviews, but this roofing experience changed that.

  brian and his team were amazing. i was really impressed by how quickly they finished the roofing job. my home feels beautiful, comfortable, and well protected now, with no leaks during rain. i definitely will not miss putting buckets around the house anymore. i was also very pleased that, besides replacing the roof, they were able to repair the damaged interior ceiling area too. it made the whole process easier having one crew handle both the roofing work and the related repairs. brian was kind, communicative, and responsive from start to finish. the workmanship looked clean and solid, and the whole project felt organized and professional. i would recommend them to anyone needing roof repair, roof replacement, or skylight work. i am looking forward to having my skylights replaced by them soon. total pros

  These days it can be hard to find a roofing contractor who does not try to add extra charges, so brian was a great surprise from the start with my mother’s roof in Northridge. He was honest, easy to talk to, and very skilled in roofing work. He explained everything clearly about what the roof needed, from the old worn slate roofing system to the new shingle roof installation, in simple words without confusing terms, sales pressure, or scare tactics. He gave a fair and competitive estimate for replacing the full 2.5 story aging roof, and he also explained that if damaged roof decking or wood rot was found after tear-off, that could affect the final price. That was completely reasonable and appreciated because it showed he was being upfront about the roofing process.   I’m very glad we found Dravon Pulse Roofing. They did excellent work for us, and we plan to use them for any future roofing needs. Our newer home had a damaged chimney that had been poorly repaired before, with active leaks and wood rot around the base and nearby roof decking. The crew removed the old chimney, replaced the rotted wood, repaired the affected roofing area, and rebuilt a strong, attractive new chimney that fits the roofline well. Brian also recommended that we have a qualified chimney inspector check everything afterward to confirm proper fire safety, flashing, and overall condition. We did, and that extra step really showed how much they care about doing the job the right way, not just finishing the project fast. That recommendation gave us a lot of confidence in the quality of the workmanship and the care put into the repair.   Dravon Pulse Roofing has been dependable every time I’ve needed roofing and gutter work. I first used them for gutter repairs, roof touch-ups, exterior painting, and a few other home repairs, and the results were solid from the start. More recently, I had a damaged gutter that needed attention, and Terrence handled everything in a professional and courteous way. He arrived on time, looked over the damage, explained the estimate clearly, and scheduled the repair without any hassle. The repair was completed quickly, and the workmanship looked great. After storm debris and a fallen tree limb caused damage to part of the roofline and gutter system, they stepped in again with high-quality roofing service and made the process smooth.
