Peace Of Mind Exterior Co.

The only one or two-star review we hold for Peace Of Mind Exterior Co..

UPDATE: Two years later, we strongly advise avoiding this company. In May '24, we noticed roof buckling and contacted Fidel. After two weeks, he inspected it, attributing the issue to attic ventilation. He offered to cover the labor if we paid for materials. He said he would also provide a quote to fix the ventilation. We waited 3 weeks to get a quote of $1,350 to clean the soffit vents and inspect the attic. Finding this quote extremely excessive, we had an attic company inspect the attic for free. They found no ventilation issues, attributing the buckling to plywood installation errors during the roof installation. We informed Fidel and sent him pictures of the plywood from the attic company. He said he would contact the roof warranty company to inspect. However, after two more weeks with no update, we contacted the warranty company ourselves and discovered they had no record of Peace of Mind contacting them. Also, the warranty clearly says that it will not cover for installation errors. At this point we were very frustrated as over three months had now passed with no resolution. We no longer trusted Fidel or his work so we hired another roofer to fix the buckling. They also confirmed the buckling was due to improper plywood installation. We sent the invoice to Fidel requesting reimbursement but he never responded. He had the warranty company show up at our house literally the day after we told him the issue was fixed (this was in August '24 after reaching out to him in May '24), but the repairs wouldn't be covered under the warranty anyway. Attached are pictures showing the roof buckling and the plywood. Original review: Peace of mind roofing was a pleasure to do business with. They went above and beyond to make sure that our roof was replaced in a timely manner and everything was top quality. Fidel was also a huge asset when dealing with our insurance company. Don’t hesitate to use Peace of Mind for all of your roofing needs.

We couldn't be happier with the work Fidel and the team at Peace of Mind Exterior did on our siding and gutter replacement. After getting several quotes for this big project, it was clear Fidel was the best choice. Communication was excellent, the crew was always on time, and he kept us informed every step of the way, including proactively bringing up anything they found during the project. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, and our house looks amazing! We highly recommend Peace of Mind Exterior to anyone looking for an honest, reliable company to work with!

We had some damage to the facia on our home. I spoke with peace of mind yesterday and they told me they would be out by noon the same day. When they arrived they called me and we went over the pricing and what needed to be done. We agreed and the repair was expertly repaired and completed in very short order. They have fantastic service, very professional, reasonable pricing and did an expert repair. I would highly recommend Peace of Mind Exteriors for any roofing needs.

I’m a project manager and have hired Fidel for several jobs. He’s always been reliable, but this last project really stood out. After we finished a renovation, a water spot appeared on freshly painted living room ceiling. Something was leaking from the roof and needed to be fixed quickly before listing. Fidel made time after hours and took care of it on very short notice, keeping everything on track. I really appreciate his responsiveness and the quality of his work.

We worked with Peace of Mind Exterior Co. to repair shingle damage on our roof. They performed a thorough assessment of the entire roof and patched problematic areas beyond just what could be seen from street level. They delivered high quality work and were very prompt. I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.

My shed looked beat up and a bit hopeless for repair but Fidel gave me a few options and made sure they were going to protect the shed from more wear and tear. Super happy with the communication and outcome!

We used Peace of Mind to put a new roof on our house and they did a fantastic job! They helped us navigate the insurance process and Fidel and the team were there for us every step of the way. The crew that put on our roof was very efficient and completed the roof on time and on schedule. We have several skylights that Peace of Mind matched and replaced with no hassles. Communication was easy and we were either able to get someone on the phone or got a call back in less then 24 hours. This spring has had many hard rains, but we have had no problems with the roof or skylights. Highly Recommend.
