  Zero stars. They did a shoddy job on my roof. They did not weave it in and now I have a leaking roof which they will not repair. They even left the debris from the job behind and forced me to give them a 5 star rating to come and remove it. What a terrible business. Beware of Payless roofing. Did I say ZERO STARS?

  He Never looked to see why roof leaks just wanted to charge high price to cover up problem. Giving a star,he was a nice person

  If this was the case that it wasn’t checked we apologize but most experienced roofers like ours will know where most leaks comes from and how to fix it. I personally wasn’t there but if you explained more or less where the leak was coming from that would give us a good start for a free estimate.

  Great experience with Payless Roofing and Gutters. Geni showed up right on time for the estimate and was clear about what they could and could not do. He didn't try and upsell me but made sure I was aware of "better options". The team showed up earlier than expected and was done, cleaned up and on their way to the next job faster than expected. I did a walk-around because I want to make sure the pup doesn't get hurt and there was nothing for me to cleanup. Most importantly the new gutters look great and I look fully intend to work with them again.

  Payless roofing and gutters replaced my entire roof and gutters over 2 years ago. The job they did was phenomenal. They were reasonably priced, very neat and took pride in what they did. After 2 years, my gutters got clogged even though we had gutter guards installed. Somehow, a bird got underneath the gutter guards and built a large nest by the downspout. I called Payless and they came over the following day to repair the problem. Again, 2 years later. This is a company to trust and use. I highly recommend Payless Roofing and Gutters. They are fantastic. Thank you Payless.

  Full roof job with redeck, fascia and gutters. Geni, was great, him and his guys were fast, and reasonably priced. I’m intending on using Payless to do our siding in the future.

  Excellent workmanship! Geni and crew were fantastic! Best price, and all work completed as promised and all grounds cleaned up after job completed. Along with the new roof, Geni recommended replacing the old dirty gutters, and now my house looks like new! I highly recommend Payless Roofing to get the job done properly!

  I recently had my roof and gutters replaced by Payless Roofing and Gutters, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My roof was nearly 60 years old and in rough shape, so this was a major full tear-off job. From the very beginning, Geni was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. He was always available to answer questions, explain everything clearly, and offer solutions when needed. It’s obvious he takes pride in his work and truly cares about his customers. They replaced over 100 boards of decking, installed a ridge vent, and added drip edge all around. They also corrected sagging overhangs that were pulling away from my chimney, which made a big difference structurally and visually. In addition, they re-did the chimney flashing and replaced the vent caps to ensure everything was properly sealed. The new roof is now smooth, solid, and even compared to how it was before. The crew was equally impressive—large, efficient, and hardworking. They completed the entire roof in a single day, working about 12 hours straight. The next day, they returned to install new 6-inch gutters with 3x4 leaders, along with gutter guards on the entire system. Everything looks clean, sturdy, and well done. What also stood out was the level of care during the job. They used tarps throughout the property to control debris, and the cleanup afterward was excellent—everything was left neat with no mess behind. Geni stayed involved throughout the entire process to ensure everything was done correctly. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and I always felt confident the project was in good hands. Overall, this was a major job handled with professionalism and attention to detail, and the price was very fair for the amount of work that had to be done. I would absolutely recommend Payless Roofing and Gutters to anyone looking for quality work and a company that stands behind what they do.

  I’ve had a leak for quite a while and could never find the source. Geni came went up to look for himself and discovered a shingle that might be the source and he addressed it , he then saw ( with his eagle eye sight ) a nail that had come threw a shingle and he took care of it. He was very gracious and very very professional. We have had a day long soaking rain and so far no leak !!!! Thank you Geni !!! I will use Payless roofing for anything that I need done on the outside of my house!!!!

  I had vinyl siding that needed repairing. Everything from beginning to end was quick and easy. Geni, the tech, was friendly and explained everything. The price was very fair. They offer a plethora of services. When I need anything else done, these will be my go to guys. I would rate them as EXCEPTIONAL. I highly recommend!
