Made at least 5 calls to set up a time for an estimate and the reply was always "we will reach out to you shortly to see up a time" Sadly they never fulfilled their promise to call back.

We appreciate your feedback regarding your experience. Typically, we communicate to our estimate requests that we will setup a time to view your roof concern(s) within 10-14 business day(s) from your initial call into our office. Obviously one of our support staff did not inform you of this nor did they follow up accordingly. Again we apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused.

Used this roofing co. to replace a 35 year old roof with a considerable amount of dry rot. All repairs and the new roof were professionally completed. Looks great. I would not hesitate to use this co again.

I called for a simple roof inspection, simply to discover the true condition of my 20+ year old roof. I received a timely response and a thorough report. It was explained in simple terms both my wife and I could grasp. There was no hard …

This is a top-notch company that only does hi quality work. If you want it done right and want it to last without complications or worry, they are my choice. I have had work done that others only wanted to apply a bandage, but their approach was comprehensive and permanent.

Excellent, professional work. Cannot recommend them too highly. They worked on the house across the street from us. We were so impressed at the speed, efficiency and quality of workmanship that we hired them to reroof my mother in law's house. They went to work and continued it in what we considered record time. The roof is your house. If you want a quality job this is your choice.

Country Vista II HOA (and I personally) have dealt with Paul Bancroft Roofing for over 20yrs and in those 20 yrs have (never) had to have a call-back for defective workmanship. In addition to professional work and quality materials, Paul Bancroft has made it his responsibility to teach us about our(cement tiles and underlayment) and what to to look for in the installment (or repair) being made. Paul & his crew have always showed up at the appointed time, have been professional, courteous and knowledgeable during the project. If they uncovered previously undisclosed problems, they immediately contacted us for approval to remediate the problem. Bancroft Roofing WILL NEVER take shortcuts to best a competitor proposal. He would rather not accept the job. He only knows one way to do his job; THE RIGHT WAY. Prior to contracting with Bancroft, we viewed his credentials via CSLB and BBB. The info came back as one of the premier roofing contractors in the state.
