Punctual, precise and professional. John and his crew were great. From beginning to end the process was smooth and flawless. John came out the next day after I called him was a straightforward guy from the start. He gave us multiple options for what needed to be done all for reasonable prices, also with contingency pricing as well so we were not surprised if the job was more extensive than previously thought. Than cost tens of thousands more dollars that you weren’t expecting, because your contractor gave you the cheapest price to get the job with the hopes of no problems.Which in our case was how it worked out thankfully. And John and his guys did the job for the cheaper agreed upon option price which was our best case scenario in our contract. John was a man of his word and that is exactly what we paid no surprise fees in the end. All in all it was a great experience dealing with patriot shield roofing John and his crew. Only time will tell how everything holds up but from what I saw there work was phenomenal, also he guarantees his work for five years and the shingles as long as you abide by the guidelines are lifetime warranty that’s transferable if we decide to ever sell the property. I would highly recommend John and his guys too anyone without any hesitation thanks John for being a man of your word and doing a great job like you said you would and also from my family to you and yours thank you for your service to this country.
