  We have been trying to get someone at this business to call us back for the past 10 months. They replaced the roof on a home we purchased, and we are just trying to get some information on the work they did. They have ignored numerous calls and voicemails from us and from our Realtor. If they are still in business, their customer service is subpar.

  Some young guy wearing your company’s sweatshirt (and self admitted he works there), accosted me at Walmart to try to sell me his side hustle - some “e-commerce business adventure that brings in passive income”. Guy, if you are reading this take the hint that people wearing headphones/earbuds do not want to be bothered by anyone. What a shlub.

  Friends house turned out horrible. Looks like a fly by night company did the work. Watch one guy fall from a ladder while checking out the work. I think he was definitely drunk. Would never hire these guys.

  I wish I could write a review about work that was actually completed, but unfortunately, we didn’t get that far. I contacted the company Sunday night due to a leaking roof, which in my opinion is a big problem. They were very responsive and told me they would be out the next morning. Someone was at my door at 7:30 AM, which I presumed was the first appointment. He quickly diagnosed the problem and told me that it would be fixed the same day or the next. I was initially happy about that due to the nature of the problem. Here we come to Tuesday afternoon and no one had contacted me and no one had been to my house. I had to reach out and ask if the work was going to be completed. I was told it wouldn’t be done until the next day. I am so frustrated because here I am with a leaking roof and no one to fix it. Apparently other jobs were more important. I am not going to remove my review. I sent the text at 6 pm to cancel because I was able to find another company to complete to work more timely. I think that late in the evening most people would have assumed no one is coming. Not one time did you keep me updated about what was going on, that a crew was headed over, or that the work was going to be done. At the very least you could have kept in contact with me. The only communication that happened came from my end. I’m also happy to post photos that all of the calls and texts came from my end to prove that I was not once kept in the loop.

  Jennifer - We told you that we would get to it asap- we did contact you the next day - by text and phone - Our crew was headed over to do repair Tuesday late in the day when you canceled on us - as agreed we were going to fix Tuesday . If you hadn't canceled it would have been fixed on Tuesday- to put out a review when you canceled the work is on you . Please remove your review as this is on you not us . Making false reviews is not a good thing' as stated before it would have been fixed . I have the text of yours saying to cancel. If I need I will publish it . So remove your review

  They did not seal my chimney on my roof. P a's did not seal my chimney. They did not put a chimney kit in place and when they did the roofing my chimney was leaking they did not seal my stink pipe this was doing my roof on my house I had to call in another roofing company to get my chimney sealed they did not do the job right that was about 2500 more to fix roof around chimney . I do not recomend pa construction

  Hired after the 2020 derecho. Signed a contract. They outscored the work, which is fine. The workers did not know anything that was discussed about the roof. The sheeting was not up to code and needed replaced. The workers just started roofing over it. I just happened to be home and stopped them. Eventually they added another layer of plywood. Didnt bother cutting the ridge vent. Just broke the edge with a hammer. Didnt bother cutting the plywood for the damaged parts of the roof. Just haphazardly placed plywood over it. Overlappingother existing plywood. Left a pallet of unused materials in my driveway for a month. Then sent me a bill. Discussed adding a ridge vent to my garage. Vent was on pallet and was never installed. When called about other contracted work, was told to look somewhere else.

Due to the enormous need in our community at that time, it seems project managers were not able to have the presence necessary on the job site. I apologize for the inconvenience this caused you.   A friend used their services, which had to be redone because of poor workmanship and when voicing their opinion they publicly commented back “this is why we don’t do business in the ghetto”. A terrible person doing terrible work.

  Doesn't install properly and doesn't stand behind their work. Do not hire them unless you want to pay for another new roof after 6 months. I have the invoice and all the phone records to show contact with this compnay. Please, if you are reading this review, do not believe a word this company says. They should be sued and lose their license for the shoddy work.. hopefully some day someone will do that. Our job was a total tear off, they replaced none of the rotten sheathing, rather they went right over top of it, no ice and water dam protection, went over old rotten step flashing and didn't even put on new flashing where it was missing. We had to totally replace the roof and fortunately the leaks from the existing roof were repairable. When called, they blamed it on "ice", to which the independent inspector debunked. Absolutely refused to even come and look at the issue...so much for a 20 year workmanship warranty.. Shameful.

Also, we have never even received a phone call from you stating that you had a problem with the work done. This is the first time we have been notified of this problem.   Matt was greats to work with. His crew did an amazing job on our deck stairs and did it in record time. They left the scene better than when they arrived. Very neat and clean. I highly recommend!

  I highly recommend pa’s construction! They have gone above and beyond for me! They were very honest and caring. They were not worried about making the biggest bucks possible, but advised me on options that were more cost effective, even though it was more work for them. All work was done in a timely manner and with good quality work. Thank you so much for all you have done for me! 😊

  Update 3 years later. Had them put in 2 replacement windows. Tenants happy. Good price compared to other quotes. Think they had the best solution even though not the cheapest. Happy. Pa's was great. They helped me hget the most out of a bad situation ie Derecho. They did a great job with roof and siding. Really appreciated their work and good communication.

  Our house challenged their soffit installers. But the job looks amazing now. The new siding kept with the 50's style. I found few problems during the install. And they were promptly fixed. Thanks Mike V. and crew.

  Pa's Construction was great to work with from start to finish on my home siding project. Michael was good helping me plan to deal with some of the issues that come with updating an older home, including scheduling some prep work before the siding job was completed so that the siding crew had a good surface to work with. The siding crew themselves were quick and diligent and did an outstanding job of clean up. Would definitely recommend working with this company for future projects!

  If we could leave more than 5 STARS, we definitely would. We were referred to PA's Construction for our Roofing needs by 3 different family members who have relied on their EXCELLENT Services recently. Unbelievable Service from the first phone call to the completion of our new roof. Michael & his team are fantastic & my family is so happy we were able to select PA's Construction. Very friendly, extremely competitive, and we were able to get our new roof much sooner than originally expected as Michael promised us they'd do if they had a last minute opening.
