from the first call to the final cleanup, parker family roofing did an excellent job replacing our older leaking roof. the price was fair and reasonable, and the whole process felt well organized. they also coordinated smoothly with our solar panel company for the panel removal and reinstallation, which made the project much easier for us. the roofing crew was careful, professional, and very friendly throughout the job. they paid close attention to the details, worked efficiently, and kept us updated along the way. when weather was expected later that evening, they stayed late to make sure the roof was fully protected before any rain came through. that gave us a lot of peace of mind. the site was left very clean at the end, and the new roof looks great. we are extremely happy with the workmanship, the communication, and the overall service, and we would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work.

Called Arthur for a roofing estimate, and he came out, walked us through the best shingle style and color for our home, and gave us a very fair price. The warranty coverage and workmanship guarantees sounded great, so we felt comfortable moving forward right away. The roofing crew did a fantastic job. They showed up on time, set everything up quickly, and got right to work. In about 8 hours, the whole roof was finished. The install looked excellent, the shingles were laid out neatly, and the cleanup was so good the property looked even better when they left. I took a lot of photos during the project and was able to see almost every part of the roofing work, from tear-off to final installation. Everything looked organized, professional, and well done. Highly recommend this roofer for anyone needing a roof replacement or new shingles.

The roofing sales rep, joe, was great. He helped us get the claim started and stayed on the phone with the insurance claims team so everything was clear from the beginning. When the roof inspector came out to check the storm damage, joe was …

We had a small roof leak and i contacted a few roofers for estimates. I sent photos of the roofing, and when arthur got back to me, he clearly explained what the problem most likely was. He arranged for a technician to come out the same day to inspect the roof, which was a big help. The technician found what seemed to be the source of the leak and recommended a focused roof repair for that area instead of a much more expensive full treatment another roofer suggested. Parker Family Roofing also explained that if the leak shows up again during the rainy season, they will return and take care of it. So far, i am very pleased with the service, the quick response, and the honest roofing advice.

they just finished a full roof tear-off on my house and garage, and i was really impressed with the whole roofing job. The crew worked hard from start to finish, removing old cedar shake and multiple old layers left from a previous owner. They replaced damaged roof decking with new plywood, installed everything the right way, and completed the project fast without cutting corners. The cleanup was just as impressive as the roof work. The yard and driveway were left very clean, the gutters were cleared out, and the house was rinsed down to remove the cedar dust. joe was helpful with communication and answered every question clearly, and manuel and his crew stayed professional, careful, and easy to work with the entire time. i really appreciated how organized the team was, how well they handled every detail, and how smoothly the whole roofing process went. if you want a quality roof replacement, strong workmanship, and a crew that truly cares, i would highly recommend them.

We needed our skylights replaced and got a fair estimate for the roofing work. The crew was great to work with, very professional, and they kept the job site clean from start to finish. We did run into a problem with the solar-powered skylight lights not working the right way, but Russell and the team went above and beyond to help. They worked directly with the manufacturer and made sure we received a full refund for the lights. We really appreciated how responsive and helpful they were throughout the whole process. The skylight replacement was handled with care, and we would gladly recommend them for roofing and skylight work. We would definitely use them again.
