  I had Paramount Roofing repair my commercial property. There is a 5 year warrenty on their work. The coating that he put on the roof is not withstanding the weather and peeling and causing water to sit and the roof is leaking. Repeated promises to send someone out and no one has been out to address this situation. Ive spoken with Marco about this matter and no results but a leaky roof

  Hi Tara this is Marco we did come out multiple times to adjust and explained to you the roof needed to be replaced on home as well as provided you with a quote. I also have alway been honest with information and let you know repair was more of a short term measure as opposed to long term fix. As for the flashing being installed correctly the flashing your speaking of is step/Counter flashing which is course under shingles to prevent damage from ice damming.   We are very sorry to hear of your poorly handled project. We do apologize and have taken action since this mishap the employee who worked on the project has been removed from our roster. We offered a full refund but due to weather/schedule were not able to offer anything more and hope if you have not had it taken care of you can give us another chance to take care of it.

  Couldn't have asked for more. I did roofing for years. I know the pricing. In 6 hrs 15 squares ripped off and replaced. They repaired the decking and eves that had holes in them. We also had them do the gutters. They even went above and beyond to fix the soffit that wasn't on the invoice. Phenomenal Job Out of this world price. Top tier customer service.

  The Roofing Crew Came To My House In November 2025 and Redid My Shingles And Flashing Below A 2’nd Story Window Where I Was Getting Water Leaking During Storms.
