Even after the repair repair I'm still very unhappy . I won't EVER be using this company again or recommending them either.

Hello! Dear Costumer This is Hugo I apologies for not satisficed yours needs at your property, Yes I agree the first time we didn't right on the roof repairs and I sent a crew to fix the issues and inspect the repairs, not sure what did not satisfied you , we repair the wood decking to pass any inspection on the repair section and shingle installation as well. I repair the roof more than what you ask for and I didn't charge you for a building permit.

I scheduled a consultation and the man called me the day of to say that because it was raining he didn’t wanna walk around with me outside to inspect. Mind you it was drizzling, but whatever Cool, so he asks me what all I’m looking to have done. I tell him. I go to my door window because I’m looking for him it was about 5min prior. I see him pull up in their pick up truck and he stays in the truck and takes 2 pics from his truck. My main issue was getting the deck in the rear that’s directly attached to my roof removed. He didn’t get out the truck to look at the deck to see how it was setup. So I give it a few days, I say maybe he’ll do a satellite image or drone etc. The appointment was on the 28th and it’s now the 5th of November. Still no phone call, no email nothing. Unprofessional and will not recommend.

Bad! Never heard back from nobody no estimate or nothing! No stars!!

• 1 out of 5Paulette Schneid5 years ago

The snow removal from one side of my roof was very good, but rather expensive. They didn't follow thru with their promise to come back to check and make sure no damage was done by them, even tho I called them to find out why.

I have used them twice, 8 years ago complete roof replacement including a ton of osb and plywood. This time was storm (partial tree fell) damage. They are professional, thorough and very detail oriented. I will use them again as needed. Highly Recommend!

• 5 out of 5Robert Stevensona month ago

Had some storm damage to my gutters and asked Chris to come out to take a look and give me an estimate. He looked at the damage and decided to go ahead and do the repair right then and there. An hour later, the repair was done and he refused to take any payment, saying it was such a minor job there was no payment required. Great company, honesty and fairness go a long way. My next roofing job will be done by Sanchez.

I highly recommend Sanchez roofing! They did an absolute amazing job replacing the 25yr old roof on my home. Reuben and his crew were very communicative throughout the process. The quality of the work is exceptional and the materials are top notch!Looks like a new home. The work crew was very efficient maintaining the work site and cleaned all debris up daily. They are craftsmen! The work is impeccable! The price was absolutely fair for the materials and quality of work. The entire process smooth! If you need a new roof give Sanchez a call!

Sanchez Roofing was very responsive and accommodating. They came out in the winter and fixed our roof in multiple spots from tree damage. Reasonably priced compared to all other estimates that we got. Would recommend!
