  Salesman was very nice but the estimate was ridiculous for a single wide mobil home over $26000! Had a second estimate which came in at over $18000 less for same work! Sure they do great work but not for that price on my home!

  Had my roof replaced in June. During roof inspection I asked about some siding i needed replaced due to damage, they told me yes and it was no problem at all. Well its august now and still no siding.

  On the phone they told me they could do a patch for an old chimney thats being removed. My roof is 15 years old. They arrived and said they can only sell me a new roof. Trying to force upsells is a waste of time and dishonest. Find a more reputable company. I received two other quotes and selected a much more reputable company.

  We recently contacted Rogers Roofing for an estimate on soffit and fascia repair/replacement for our home, as they completed an excellent roofing job for us a few years ago. Scott Savickis arrived with a helper to assess the work. He took measurements, reviewed what was needed, and then returned to his vehicle. About twenty minutes later, he came back with an estimate that my husband and I were satisfied with and prepared to place a deposit on. As we continued asking a few additional questions—approximately fifteen minutes into the discussion—Scott mentioned he needed to get Gatorade for himself and his partner. His partner remained at our home while Scott was gone for at least thirty‑five minutes. When Scott returned, he stated that after speaking with his boss, he realized he had made a mistake on the estimate and that the actual cost would be more than double the original quote. Naturally, we were extremely disappointed. This is not the type of business practice we are accustomed to. We believe that once an estimate is provided—especially after measurements and a thorough review—it should be accurate and honored. As I mentioned previously, we were very pleased with the roofing work completed a few years ago, which makes this recent experience all the more disappointing. We are not sure what has changed in their business practices, but this situation was unexpected and concerning and a waste of me & my husbands time.

  Buyer beware. I called for an estimate for water running down my metal chimney stack. With a $51,000 estimate later for unnecessary repairs, it was fixed with a $12 tube of caulking. I feel I was unfairly taken advantage of because I am a single, senior woman. A senior discount was not mentioned and when I asked for just an estimate for repair, I was told the young man's boss had to email it to me, which I never received. And I discovered they are not"family owned" anymore, but was bought out by a conglomerate in Michigan.

  Inspector Esdon cane to do a thorough inspection of our roof. He was absolutely incredible! Not only did he do a very thorough inspection that showed the true condition of our roof and attic, he gave us a comprehensive explanation of everything and gave us solutions to solve our problem. We are very happy with his perfessionalism and are even more excited to have Roger's Roofing take care of our roof!

  We were concerned that our roof needed replacing and we called Roger's and they were so helpful and professional. They explained what were concerns and walked us through the entire process. The installation took the entire day and they checked in several times to explain what was going on. Clean up was great and we were pleased with the new roof. We highly recommend Roger's roofing.

  Kyle Bohn from Rogers Roofing SAVED MY HOME!! I hate doing reviews; however, I have never had such a great experience. After the recent tornados in the South Suburbs of Chicago, I called Rogers Roofing and they were out to assess my roof in a few days. Before I could make it home, Kyle was on the roof making repairs. But more importantly, he identified some major water and structural damage to my chimney, which was leaking inside the house. Once again, before I could make it home, Kyle had already repaired my chimney. THANKS ROGERS ROOFING AND KYLE!! You save me THOUSANDS of dollars. I’ll never use a different roofing company. G.
