  They over charged me, called spoke to Diane Robinson ,she apologized for the mistake for over charging me,she sent me a check,I deposited the check and it was blocked and returned.

  BUYER BEWARE! This company is not honest. We hired them in 2024 to put a new roof on our house after repeated requests, they never provided our final billing. We now know that they charged us and our insurance company for new aluminum gutters new downspouts and screens in the gutters, none of which were Provided. A year after the project was completed they placed a lien on our house and lied about the date of the completion of the work to try and make the lien valid. Two years now after the completion of the roof, we are trying to refinance and they still have not removed the invalid lien. We have now hired an attorney who is looking into multiple charges against this company, including insurance fraud for misrepresentation of the work done. I think there’s a lot of competition out there so be careful of who you choose to put your new roof on your house.

  I have been waiting since August 1st for roofing and siding. It is now December 7th and nothing has happened. I have called and send messages, but nobody is giving me answers. It is very unprofessional, would not recommend. I have even attached part of my message thread to my representative, Chuck.

  I hired this company to repair a roof leak at my property. Because of the age and condition of the shingles, they recommended a full roof replacement, which I approved for the quoted price of $14,000 After the job was completed I noticed an unexpected $800 charge added to my bill for eight pieces of 1×8×10 lumber used in the same repair area. While I understand estimates can change, this additional cost was never quoted or approved before the work was done. The on-site supervisor mentioned the need for replacement boards, but as a professional contractor, the company should have clearly communicated any extra costs prior to proceeding. The lack of transparency and communication was disappointing, and I expected better accountability for a project of this size and cost.

  We recently had Roman's Roofing, LLC. do the entire exterior of our house. From start to finish we were very happy with the workmanship performed by both crews we had here. The roofing crew did an amazing job from tear-off to re-doing our roof. They went the extra mile by making sure they protected everything including my new colored driveway, by laying a tarp on it and then parking the trailer on my driveway. Very hard working crew, especially during the week they did our house, the temperatures were up in the 90's and high humidity. They did a fantastic job. The next crew was Bart and crew, they were replacing all of my fascia, soffit, siding, downspouts and gutters. (Mind you this crew is 2 guys). They had to deal with all of the elements of weather, too, including a horrible downpour with high winds. They were awesome too. From the tear-off of the whole exterior to putting up insulation and wrapping the whole house to putting up the new siding fascia, soffit, downspouts and gutters and wrapping my windows their workmanship was absolutely fantastic, too. We are extremely happy with how great the house looks. Both crews were so respectful of our property. The crews both cleaned up everything which is really nice compared to other companies we have used in the past. We have been getting so many compliments on the house and we always tell everyone that Roman's Roofing is the way to go. Communication from start to finish was fantastic. I highly recommend using Roman's Roofing the next time you need work done on your home. Before pictures - our house was tan with a brown roof After pictures - our house is now Urban Iron siding with Miore Black roof with white window wraps and white corner accents and black downspouts and gutters

  We hired Roman's Roofing recently and found the company to be both competitive and professional. Our representative was very helpful, provided excellent customer service, and responded quickly to questions and concerns. The roofers were courteous and hard-working, and did a great job cleaning up after the job. We would definitely recommend Romans to anyone needing a new roof.

  New carport as well, still yet have siding etc yet to do, so far I am very pleased with the work, Eddie and Ashley are the best!!I've gotten my brother to get you as well and telling everyone about you, your an exceptional company, my previous contractor was one terrible experience!! I look forward when the house is done, Ashley did a complete walk through and took pictures yesterday day, thoural and helpful, love her!! I really don't know full price as not finished yet
