Pamalu Roofing

The only one or two-star review we hold for Pamalu Roofing.

I had a pretty bad experience with Pamalu Roofing. They basically took my money and did not finish the job. They asked my insurance company for extra funds but could not provide the necessary invoices. Then, they simply did not respond to my phone calls, texts and emails. It has been 8 months and my roof is still not finished. They removed my gutters and never replaced them. I would never hire them again!

Jess and the team helped pick out a great new roof and some tricky gutters that needed some custom love. They followed up immediately when they were minor issues to put everything right.

Jess and the guys were very responsive to my calls and came out and gave me a quote for the job. They were able to set up a date to install the new roof and finished it quickly as well. Jess regularly kept me in the loop with great communication. I am very happy with the quality of the work and would definitely recommend them!!

When we had a leak in our roof that had to be fixed before mold remediation could begin, Jes dropped everything and came up on a Sunday and patched the roof for us. He was literally a lifesaver. Thank you so much!
