Palma Roofing

The only one or two-star review we hold for Palma Roofing.

About a month ago I paid a lot of money to Palma Roofing to fix a small balcony on the second floor because water was leaking into my garage. The idea was that they would properly seal the balcony, but instead, they removed the flooring and installed an uneven rubber membrane. It’s now too high for me to lay any flooring on top, and if I do, the door won’t even open. The rubber they placed has no incline, so water just pools on the uneven surface and continues to leak into my garage. UPDATE July 2/2025 I reached out several times over the course of three weeks and they refused to take down the rubber. It wasn't until I posted this review that the owner's son finally started saying that he wanted to have a civilized conversation because I was problematic. He then wrote in Spanish which I am translating: "That reparation was an inconvenience because it isn't our strong suit. I don't know why my father started making those reparations for you. I am an honest person and I will give back the money, no problem. I am not a problematic person." So my answer is at this point I do not want this company to remove anything and I have not received my money back. What shock me most is that they took on a project they weren't equipped to do and walked away! They left the job unfinished and poorly done, and despite the ongoing issues, they won’t remove what they installed. The water is still coming in. This has been the worst experience I’ve had with any contractor.

Excellent experience with Palma Roofing. They did a great job at a fair price and completed the project within a reasonable timeframe. We are very satisfied with the final result. The work was completed on June 22. I highly recommend them and would definitely work with them again in the future. Thank you so much for the excellent work! Excellent experience with Palma Roofing. Very professional company, they installed a new metal roof for my house and they did it fast and very well done. They covered everything to prevent any damage, clean afterwards, dealt with inspectors, and answered any question or request I asked. Special mention to Angeles, she was very nice and always responsive.

I don't normally take the time to write reviews about companies, but I had to make an exception this time because Palma Roofing did such an outstanding job replacing my roof. The experience was so positive that we hired them to replace my daughter's roof as well. She was so happy with the work they did that she called me crying tears of joy. Even though it was not part of the original scope of work, they replaced sections of the fascia that needed attention and also painted them for her. Oscar Palma, the owner, truly went above and beyond to help. He discovered that the previous roof had been installed improperly and was not up to city code. Before installing the new shingles, he added extra insulation, which has made a noticeable difference. The house is now much cooler than it was before. The quality of workmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail were exceptional. They completed the project on time, exactly as promised. I highly recommend Palma Roofing to anyone looking for an honest, reliable, and customer-focused roofing company. Thank you, Oscar and your team, for a job well done! gabriel jaime orlas

Totally recommend Palma Roofing for all your roofing needs. They successfully replaced my Spanish tile roof with the new metal roof. They worked on time and they made sure to clean the work area each day prior to leaving. The staff is very amicable and easy to get in contact with.

I am extremely happy to have chosen Palma Roofing to do the roof on my house. They are professional, punctual, and fast, without sacrificing quality. They work hard delivering a great job. I thank God for guiding me to choose them for this project. They requested for the city’s permission avoiding that headache to me. If you are looking for a company to do your home roof call them. Thank you Oscar father, and Oscar son. Blessings!
