  I had a new roof installed and Pacific roofers did NOT stand by their warranty. I had to hire another roofing company to fix improper installation. Would never recommend this company

As part of our standard procedure, we informed you during the initial consultation and installation process that R-panel metal roofs with exposed fasteners require regular, typically annual, maintenance to ensure the fasteners remain properly sealed and torqued to prevent leaks. This is a standard industry practice for this type of roofing material. We understand that you declined our recommended maintenance service plan at the time of installation. While we regret that the lack of this essential upkeep has led to the current problems, these issues are a direct result of the deferred maintenance, not the initial installation quality. We value our customers and want to find a satisfactory resolution.   Aaron was good, but they need a new roofing contractor, sub par when it comes to esthetics ,clean up and general care of home

  I had a great experience with this roofing company and am very happy with the quality of the work and the final results! I especially want to recognize the project manager, Patrick. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, always kept me informed, and took the time to answer every question I had. He was professional, patient, and easy to communicate with, which made the entire project go much more smoothly. Patrick truly went above and beyond to make sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. Great communication and customer service can make such a difference, and Patrick definitely delivered both! I highly recommend this company and truly appreciate Patrick and the entire team for their hard work and excellent service. Thank you for a job well done!

  Eddie and Patrick was awesome! Was there the whole step of the way! We shopped around with 5-6 bids and we felt comfortable with them the most.

  We had a great experience with the Pacific Roofers. They are very courteous, showed up on time everyday on the clock, finished the work in a very timely manner, and our roof looks great! I highly recommend them to take care your roof. We had nearly several bids to work on our roof but I am glad we chose the Pacific roofers. Thanks Eddie , Patrick, and those who worked in our roof.

  The representative Eddie M was on time for the initial appointment. He was very thorough and detailed on checking our roof. The crew members made sure to cover our pool and other areas around the house. They cleaned all debris outside and in the garage, once the job was done. Overall, they worked fast and were professional. My husband and I are very happy with the roof.

  We got several estimates and overall Eddie was exceptional. We have an older home and needed a complete redo. He was clear and concise about explaining everything.And the offer; he was able to get us into the price range we needed with high quality products. The crew was great. Conrad and team were professional and polite. Completed WAY ahead of schedule. Cleaned up daily. Can't say enough about this company and team. Would highly recommend. 10 stars.

  We have a unique roof a flat and a design of tiles that go around the house. We had previous roofers come in and they patched the areas they thought it was leaking from and the leaks never stopped. Pacific Roofers came in diagnosed where the leaks were actually from. We got a new flat and a tile reset done. These guys know why they are doing I liked the work so much I’m going to replace my big flat commercial roof in the spring. Thank you guys truly the best.

  Bo came to give us an estimate right after the Eaton Canyon fire. He was professional, friendly, and did a great job explaining everything. They also use a subcontractor to help negotiate with insurance. I was ready to sign on the line that day! We ended up going a different direction for a variety of reasons. Bo did a great job and even followed up with us later to see if we had more questions.

  Couldn’t ask for a better roofing company, friendly customer service, the project manager came out to inspect my roof from all the high winds that blew off the 30 yrs old shingles. They were in and out so quick and my roof looks amazing now. Thank you Pacific Roofers!!
