Bad experience with Nick. The first time he came out without calling first, as I work and needed a 1/2 hr notice. When I called him back we rescheduled and agreed to meet at 9am November 6th. Well 9Am came and gone. I waited around a 1/2 …

Derrick Barwick, President of Ozark and VP of Maintenx Tampa, has a track record of poor business practices. Just read the reviews on Maintenx Tampa. I hired him for an $80,000 roof and AC job, and it was the most unprofessional experience I’ve had. Consider this: You spent $80,000 on a job directly through the President of Ozark, recommended by a family friend, only to be treated horribly. Like another reviewer mentioned, it's unclear how they received so many positive reviews. *In response to Ozark: Derrick, the President of Ozark, was directly handling my roofing and AC needs through MaintenX, communicating with me via phone and email. If this is how the President of Ozark conducts himself while working with MaintenX, I can only imagine how he operates as the leader of a company.

Your experience was with Maintenx and not Ozark roofing or Derrick Barwick. Please direct your comments and reviews at Maintenx. Derrick Barwick is not longer associated with Mainrenx and has not been associated with them for 3 years.

I have no clue how they have so many positive reviews. Horribly company, I won't go into details for fear of repercussion from the company. Please go elsewhere for such an important purchase for your home.

Mallory Jones we don’t have any record of doing business with you. If there is an issue that we are unaware of please reach out to us. We believe you have us confused with someone

This company left me in the lurch on a time-lined project. Took me over a week to get a labor only estimate for a roof project. He did not communicate and then just backed out of the job with two other companies already booked and paid for. Now I have a mess and he could care less. Very unprofessional at best. I do not recommend this company

These guys are very clean, honest and professional. Derrick was amazing at answering my questions and helping me understand every detail of the project. I can be a real pain in the neck with Contractors but he was patient and understanding and really took care of me. Highly recommend these guys.
