Roger and his crew were amazing. Roger replaced two of my roofs and put in all new gutters. The roofing work was completed exactly as promised, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. He kept me updated, answered my questions clearly, and made sure every detail was handled the right way. Along with doing excellent roof and gutter work, the crew did a thorough cleanup when the job was finished, even around my pool area. In Katy, it means a lot to have a roofer who understands how important a strong roof and proper drainage are with the heat, storms, and heavy rain. I felt confident in the quality of the materials and workmanship, and the finished result looks great. Hiring a roofing contractor can feel stressful because you never know how a job will turn out, but this was a very positive experience. Everything was handled professionally, and I would gladly recommend Roger for future roofing and gutter jobs.

After a strong hail storm, I was not sure whether the roof damage was light or more serious. I contacted company: Ortega Brothers Roofers Llc, and Zachary came out to inspect the roof and confirmed there was clear hail damage that should be reviewed by insurance. He explained the process in simple terms and gave me helpful information to share with the adjuster. Zachary met with the insurance representative during the roof inspection, and the claim was approved for a full roof replacement. They pointed out that taking care of the roof quickly was important to help prevent future water intrusion and damage inside the home. Once everything was approved, the job was scheduled fast. The crew arrived prepared, used the right equipment to stage the roofing materials efficiently, and placed a dumpster on site to keep cleanup organized. I was very impressed by the professionalism, communication, and hard work from the roofers, especially in the intense Texas heat. The whole process felt smooth, efficient, and well managed from inspection through installation. The new roof looks great, and the property was left clean when the work was done. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roofing service after hail damage.

zachary and the crew at Ortega Brothers Roofers Llc were incredible at fixing several roof leaks on two of my commercial buildings in Katy, especially one with an older flat roof that was in very rough shape. zachary clearly explained my roofing options and what kind of results i should expect from each repair approach, which made it much easier to choose the right plan for my property. The pricing was a very good value for the quality of the commercial roofing work completed. he stayed in touch throughout the process, kept me updated, and sent photos showing the leak repairs and problem areas after the work was done. i feel confident these repairs will last, and if anything ever needs a small adjustment, the crew stands behind their work and will take care of it. I highly recommend this team for any business needing dependable flat roof or commercial roofing service.

We had roofing work done on our older home, and the crew handled a big project from start to finish. They tore off and replaced the shingles, installed new gutters and downspouts, replaced some roof decking plywood, swapped out two large skylights, and painted the gutters, downspouts, and flashing to match everything nicely. The whole roofing team did a lot of quality work, and the final result looks great. Roger, the production manager, really went above and beyond to make sure every part of the job was finished the right way. He stayed on top of our questions, addressed our concerns quickly, and showed real professionalism through the entire project. In Katy, it is important to have a solid roof system that can handle heat, sun, and strong storms, and this job gave us confidence that our home is well protected. We are very happy with the workmanship, communication, and care that went into the project, and we would absolutely give a five star rating.

After comparing a metal roof to shingles, i decided to go with metal for our home. We had already been through two shingle roofs, so a standing seam metal roof felt like the better long-term choice for durability, curb appeal, and lower …

First, thank you to everyone at Ortega Brothers Roofers Llc for such a smooth roofing experience. You turned a roof replacement i had been worrying about into something easy and stress free. Since buying a fixer-upper in Katy, i have had many projects done inside and outside the home, and this new roof was by far the best contractor experience i have had. From the first information packet to the estimate and the finished roof, the whole process felt organized and professional. The team explained every step clearly, returned calls quickly, answered all my questions, and made sure i understood the roofing work before the crew arrived. Roger and Camden were especially helpful and showed great customer service throughout the job. The roof installation itself was excellent. The crew worked fast, finished in about half a day, and the workmanship looked flawless. They protected the property, cleaned up every bit of roofing debris, and left the yard spotless when they were done. In Katy heat, it was great to see a crew stay efficient and focused while still paying attention to the details. The shingle color was the perfect finishing touch for my home’s exterior, and the finished roof really improved the overall look of the house. Even my neighbors noticed how good it looked and commented on how professional the crew was. i recommend them without hesitation for anyone needing roof replacement or other roofing services.
