  Trash, trash, trash. They order materials to a jobsite, give everyone appointments then refuse to honor the times. They must think drivers get paid for sitting outside construction sites all day. At least they are making their money right. That's all that matters. Screw everyone else I guess. I bet they will get to go home for the holiday and spend time with their families, while I spend another week on the road because they can't unload in a timely manner. Completely unprofessional, completely unacceptable.

  O&S just completed installing a new roof on our 12 unit commercial property. During the work we had several different days of heavy rainstorms. They were also tasked with replacing 7 skylights and 1 new skylight. O&S did a great job!! Minimal disruption if any to the commercial properties operating in the units. No leakage in the roof during the construction. Very satisfied with the work and the outcome!!

  We recently had the roof on our warehouse in Beltsville, MD replaced by Orndorff and Spaid, The entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Their team was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. They provided a detailed estimate, walked us through the entire process, and delivered exactly what they promised, on time and within budget. The quality of their workmanship is great. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it shows in the final result. Our new roof looks great, and we feel confident knowing it was installed to the highest standards. Throughout the project, communication was clear and consistent. Any questions we had were answered promptly, and their crew maintained a clean and safe job site the entire time. We highly recommend Orndorff and Spaid to any business looking for reliable, high-quality commercial roofing services. It's refreshing to work with a company that combines decades of experience with excellent customer service.

  I have had two projects with O&S this last year and they have been great to work with. From the initial call to schedule the estimate, to the final payment, their staff has been top notch to deal with. Communication is their strength and I never had to wonder what was going on with my projects at any time.

  I have worked with O&S since 2019 as my roofing contractor for multiple commercial properties I manage. They have always delivered great service and Tammy has been super pleasant to work with. She’s always very responsive and super helpful with everything.I can always count on her to respond quickly to help resolve any issues.
