  Jessica changed story about condition of our roof. Questionable behavior and misleading, with excuse that they mixed up my roof with another property even though technician confirmed the damage on our roof. After confronting her with facts, she threaten to put a lien on our home if we don’t pay the remainder of the invoice. We paid in time and walked away from this unfortunate experience. Cannot and will not recommend this company due to lack of honesty and covering up previous reports. It’s the leadership of this company which i question. The workers were very nice however and should look for a decent place to work. Their statements were changed by the owner of the company. 0 stars. Wishing them all the best

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT YOUR ROOF TO LAST! We hired them to replace our roof in 2019 because they gave us the cheapest quote and our house was flooding. Within 4 years it was leaking. We called them to come back out and fix it in early 2024 and they spent 30 minutes and did a HORRIBLE patch job. We are currently having another roofing company redo all of their work and they even left patches of our roof WITHOUT ANY underlayment. The underlayment that they do use is thinner than seaweed sheets you get at sushi. The materials they use are NOT made for desert heat. They could have ruined our house. You will regret it if you use this company. I'm attaching a picture of the underlayment material they use here for reference. The new roofing company will be sending more pictures of their destructive job, and I will come back and update this review with more evidence.

  Called to have them come out and fix my roof leak. Spoke to Mike, nice guy assured me that is something they could do. Setup appointment for the next day, had Gino come out to check and give me a qoute for the repair. I thought roofer would come out with the ladder to see where the leak is and see what needs to be done but none of that. He got on the roof took pictures and came down to tell me we need the new roof. I asked about the leak if that can be fixed, he said no they can't do that. Why waist my time first of all from the beginning. Would not recommend to anyone this place. Got the leak fixed and roof doesn't need to be replaced for another few years at least.

  I am incredibly impressed with One Roofing Company! We recently bought a new home with a low-pitch roof that was nearing the end of its lifespan. Mike came out immediately to take a look, and gave us an extremely thorough explanation of the process. By the next week, work had already started. The team was extremely communicative, efficient, and kind. We noticed a tiny amount of damage on the home at the start of the job - within 5 minutes of leaving One Roofing a message, Mike called us back with a game plan, and we were able to fix everything quickly and free of charge. I can't describe how happy I am that we went with One Roofing Company. Replacing a roof is a huge financial commitment, one that as new homeowners we were fairly nervous about. But Mike walked us through the process, was there to answer all of our questions, and alleviated all of our concerns. We felt like we were taken care of. I can't imagine that any other roofing company in Las Vegas has this level of customer service. Firmly recommend them. Thanks Mike and the crew!

  I had a great experience with One Roofing when they replaced my mother's roof in Las Vegas. Since I live in Georgia, I wasn't able to be there in person, but they kept me informed throughout the entire process with regular updates and excellent communication. The work was on schedule and the finished roof looks fantastic. It gave me peace of mind knowing my mother was being taken care of and that the project was in good hands. I would highly recommend One Roofing to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy roofing company. I would absolutely work with them again in the future.

  If you need roof work done, look no further than One Roofing Co.! During our home buying process, our inspector found some potential roof issues. One Roofing Co. was the only company that came out for free to give us a proposal to replace the underlayment. We decided to go with them after we closed, and it was the best decision ever. It's rare to get this level of customer service nowadays. Alex was great with the estimate, Eric in the office was super helpful in explaining the "Raise and Reset" tile process, and Mike and his crew were absolute pros who were efficient, fast, and very clean. My wife and I are incredibly satisfied and highly recommend them to anyone

  Our roof was damaged from a recent wind storm and we needed our roof replaced. We contacted a number of different companies and got different quotes. Mike from One Roofing came out and gave us an estimate, he was so helpful and thorough about the process and what needed to be done. Out of all the companies we called, Mike was the most knowledgeable and personable. They had their crew come out within a matter of days and had our roof completely replaced. They were so professional and efficient. My kids were interested in seeing how the crew were building our new roof and the guys were so kind to explain to our boys what they were doing. Our new roof is gorgeous and we have zero regrets about choosing One Roofing company. Easy, reliable and definitely trustworthy.

  We contacted One Roofing Company after getting a suspiciously high quote from a buyer's inspector during our home sale. One Roofing provided a much fairer price and a far more detailed explanation of the work required. The team completed a full tile lift, replaced the underlayment, and reset everything in just three days, well before our move-out deadline. The crew was professional and kept the yard spotless (no trash for the dog to find!), and the office was always available to answer our calls. It's rare to find this level of honesty and integrity in the roofing industry. They saved us money and a massive headache. I will absolutely be using them again and recommending them to everyone I know!

  One Roofing came highly recommended locally. The time between the estimate and completion of work was 5 days! They arrived promptly, took care of everything and finished in record time. The workers were conscientious and courteous. I was impressed by the professionalism of both the Mike who completed a very thorough estimate and the two men who completed the work.
