  I would not recommend this roofing contractor based on my experience. We purchased a home that had that received a roof replacement completed by this company, only to discover multiple installation issues that should never have occurred on a new roof. A roof is one of the most important components of a home, and homeowners should be able to trust that a newly installed roof will protect their investment. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. I expected professional craftsmanship and a quality finished product, but instead found deficiencies that required additional time, expense, and stress to address. Based on my experience, I would encourage anyone considering this contractor to thoroughly inspect their work and obtain an independent evaluation before signing off on a completed project.

  Let's just say back in February I called onshore Roofing to fix my roof that is only 5 years old that they installed and they told my wife to find someone else to fix it. That would be like buying a new Chevrolet and taking it to Ford to have it fixed obviously it goes without saying but I'll say it I would not hire on Shore Roofing because they do not have time to do repairs on their own roofs that they've installed. My wife is totally frustrated and is calling around to other roofing companies to make the repair. I DO NOT SUGGEST ON SHORE ROOFING. Sincerely James Genovese.

  The home we purchased had a newer roof which was installed by Onshore roofing. There is an issue with the installation they forgot to cut out the vent for the dryer. They just tiled over it causing a fire hazard. I reached out to the company by phone and email and they would not respond. It cost us $500 to fix something that should have been done shen the roof was replaced. Very disappointed they did not stand behind their workmanship. They finally called me back. They offered to fix their mistake at my expense. I am not paying them $500 to fix a mistake they made. Well the owner responded to the review saying contact Brenda she will get this handled. Brenda was very pleasant but it was a joke. Some guy Rick had to talk to the owner and after a week I heard they will not do anything except charge me to have them fix their mistake.

  Over all worse experience ever. It took over 3 months maybe longer to have my roof done. Granted we did have some rainy days but on the days there was no rain no one showed up. Everyone in the office had no idea what was going one except for one person and it took her over 4 days to get back with you and she didn't have the answers either. It took 9 phones calls, 3 emails and 4 weeks later to have my fascia repaired. They said they will call you and they never do. They also promise to have the crew at your house and no one shows up. Going with the cheapest company was the worse mistake I ever made. I will definitely never recommend this company to anyone.

  Onshore did a good job on my roof. Got it done quickly on schedule. My only complaints are they killed some of my front lawn and left small roofing debris and some nails. If they would have taken more care in the cleanup it would be a 5 star.

  Onshore Roofing was the best experience I have ever had. The team was so efficient from Shelly getting me all the paperwork for the initial quote to all the pictures etc needed for the insurance company. To Rick who was in charge of my roof who got the job done so quickly They started on Thursday and my new roof was completed on Saturday! Rick was there for any questions and had all the answers. Thank you Onshore Roofing.

  Karl made the process very easy by working directly with my insurance adjuster. The crew did an excellent job and they even gave me an architectural shingle and underlayment upgrade at no extra cost! I highly recommend Onshore Roofing if you ever have any storm damage issues with your roof.
