  We were asked to meet the adjuster at this project to help with a ladder assist. The roof is extremely tall and it was much safer to enter the roof from a dormer window on the third floor. We were prepared to set up two ladders, one over the front porch and then one on the porch roof to access the upper level. We are a roofing company and do not gain anything by telling a customer there is no damage. Most homeowners are thrilled to hear this news. Unfortunately, this is a very old roof and it is understandable this homeowner was hoping for a claim to pay for a new roof. The roof was inspected. There were no hail hits on the roof. The other contractor was pointing out degranulation, which is due to the age of the roof but not due to storm damage. Our estimator had a 10:30 appointment and arrived at 10:25. We have been installing roofs in the Denver area for many many years and have built a reputation as an honest company. We would not have this reputation if we told homeowners to file unwarranted claims. I am sorry this homeowner is not happy with the determination but we can't tell her there is damage there when there isn't. There is no collusion as we don't benefit by the inspection not resulting in a roofing contract.

  Went with this roofing company after a referral from a friend and the assurances of their repair estimator that "O'Connor stood behind its work". We hired O'Connor to fix a roof leak. Due to the location of the leak, we were told we needed to replace 10' of ridge, which was expensive and as it turns out, unnecessary. After moving forward with the recommended repair, the roof still leaked in the exact same spot. Initially, O'Connor repeatedly returned to try to fix the leak, but after 3 tries, we requested a refund at which time, the owner told us that they had fixed our roof and we probably had developed a new leak. To date, the company has refunded only half our money. We will need to pursue the rest in small claims court. Save yourself the headaches and go with another company.

  O'Connor Roofing did an amazing job with replacing our roof, as well as fixing some damaged siding along our home. Kris was very professional throughout the whole process and truly made our experience great. During the installation process, Chad was upfront about everything and did an amazing job with his team! I can't thank this company enough for all of their hard work! I have already recommended this company to several of my coworkers. Thank you!

  Destry went above & beyond dealing with horrible insurance people. The quality of the completed work was fabulous! I was afraid of horror stories about “roofer scams” it’s nice to know there is a long standing company you can depend on. Thank You O’Connor roofing- you’re the best!

  Do not hesitate to use this company for your roofing needs. The crew was prompt, polite, considerate, and left my yard cleaner than they found it. Attention to detail was paid. Everyone was keen to ensure I was happy at all times. No question too small. I highly recommend!

  Destry was very professional and up front with what would be done to replace my roof and gutters after a hail storm caused damage.   Destry and the team at O’Connor Roofing did a great job on our roofs for our house and detached garage. From the initial phone call to the estimate, demo, application and finish work, all of our expectations were met and the work promised is what we got. They took great care of our property and foliage, and the cleanup was remarkably thorough. I would recommend them every single time.
