  Rang my doorbell soliciting services, even though I have a no soliciting sign directly next to the doorbell. This behavior shows a complete lack of respect for potential customers. Would not recommend this business.

  I don't feel right supporting a business who posts their political views, supports hate (hateful remarks to reviewers) and I will not be recommending your services to any one I know or for myself. I absolutely get that people vote, but signs like the ones you have are really distasteful in my opinion. ie Harri Balz. It isn't just the politics, but the fact they post stuff like the example mentioned doesn't show high standards in business. Makes them look horrible. I also read responses from them insulting people which screams childish. Not sure why anyone would want someone like this working on their roofs when kids act way more mature than the person responding to reviews. I sure wouldn't want them around my kids if they act this way over reviews that is for sure. I hope it isn't the owner leaving these comments and if the owner see their comments should fire the person leaving them because they are making them look bad. Not the best way to attract customers that is for sure. I would say they are overpriced for their behavior. I will also be talking to the BBB about the behavior of this company. EDIT: I am not spam I am a human being expressing disgust with how unprofessional this business is ran. That generic response they gave is robotic. They should be ashamed of themselves running a business like this. The hate towards people is ridiculous. No respectable person should use their business and should go through the BBB. I will continue to recommend other companies and not recommending this business.

  seller hired them, almost 2 years later Gold star put a ladder blocking my front door for 3 days they say for the city. They are taking advantage of me to cover their mistakes. don’t use them

  Not a great company. Poor installation, Poor cleanup, poor communication. Poor care for our property. Nails left all over the property when finished with day one. Poor installation practices. They wouldn't even show up in person to pickup the final check and thank us for the business.

  Very dissatisfied with the quality of the work. The Person that was in charge of our 2 roofs, Kristopher Hardy, lied about numerous things during the process and left an incomplete job. He won't return my calls and won't finish the job. Will never use this company again and warn you to do the same.

  I highly recommend Goldstar Premium Roofing. They are professional, thorough, reasonably priced, providing quality work. They were a were a great help in working with us through the insurance claim process and did a great job replacing the entire roof and gutters with quality materials. A great partner to work with.

  Gold Star Roofing went above and beyond to help me get my roof fully covered by my insurance company when they initially refused to pay for the entire replacement. They were persistent, professional, and never gave up on my claim. Their team worked efficiently and did an excellent job on the roof. I truly appreciate their dedication and highly recommend them!
