  I would not have NWA back on my roof. We purchased a home that NWA had redone the roof on a couple years before we bought the house and we have constantly had problems with the roof. Roof is 6 years old now and I reached out to them within their 5 year warranty. First it was the chimney leaking and they said it was a chimney problem after they came out and looked at it. Come to find out from another roofing company that fixed our problem was that the chimney was not flashed properly. Second, we have spots showing up in our ceiling that were not there the previous 40 years when the house was built. Third, when NWA put down new decking since the house had shake shingles before they did not remove the old slats and the new decking goes beyond the edge of the roof. Now the edge flashing isn’t flush with the roof edge creating gaps where wasps can enter the attic. This in combination of them leaving the old flashing in place is a constant bug problem. They have done nothing to make it right with us and kept sending out the same guy who won’t admit to his guys mistakes. We have had other roofing companies come out and confirm the poor quality job they did. I would give them zero stars if it were an option.

  We are sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate the opportunity to clarify a few important details for readers. The roof installation referenced in this review was completed in 2015 under previous ownership of both the property and NWA Roofing. The workmanship warranty associated with that contract was issued to the original homeowner and was not transferable upon the sale of the property in 2018. During the original homeowner’s ownership, no leak concerns or workmanship issues were reported to our company. Additionally, some of the items mentioned in this review — including prior decking configurations and existing drip edge components — were not part of the scope of work completed by NWA Roofing during the 2015 installation. With regard to the chimney area, the original contract did not include replacement or modification of chimney flashing components. When concerns were later brought to our attention years after the installation, we still made efforts to inspect the property and provide feedback despite there being no active warranty coverage. We respect every homeowner’s right to share their experience; however, we believe portions of this review inaccurately attribute pre-existing conditions and work outside the original contracted scope to NWA Roofing. We remain committed to providing quality roofing services to homeowners throughout Northwest Arkansas.

  NWA roofing was called to repair a leaking roof under a homeowners warranty. They came quickly and collected the $100 deductable. The roofer walked around on the roof and said he found the issue - he did not go into the attic to see where the leak was and as expected after they said they had made the repair the leak remained.

  You have an owner that never knows anything but will get back to you but never does you have a general manager in Larry who is worse than a used car salesman so I would absolutely not recommend them at all but the guys who did the roof we're amazing so you can find them on the side absolutely would have them do your roof but avoid anybody in the office of NWA Roofing

  This company has put roofs on my rental homes. They’ve been very helpful and accommodating, working directly with my insurance company at times, which makes things much easier for me.

  What can I say, NWA Roofing went above and beyond to make me happy. I’m pretty OCD and very particular; yet Larry & Eric found a way to make everything perfect and the whole experience between communication, great price and just flat out doing the job right the FIRST time! Call NWA Roofing and ask for Larry or Eric, you’ll have no regrets!

  NWA Roofing did an excellent job replacing my roof after storm. They were timely getting out to give job estimates and schedule the work. The workers did the work very efficiently and left the the jobsite in better shape than they found it. Communication has been great. They responded to any inquiries I had in very short time.

  Kept me informed every couple weeks until they could set a time and date. They were fast and did an excellent job. Left no mess. Larry made me feel at ease and I was confident in the company as a result of how he communicated with me. Next time I need a roof I am calling them. This is the way a roofing company should be. I would highly recommend.

  This company did work on my Mother's roof and was easy to work with, responsive, and done in a timely fashion. EDIT: They also have now replaced my roof and am impressed with their service and quality of work as well as the great communication.
