  If you understand Spanish then you know that "No va" means in English THEY WON'T; this is an appropriate name for this company because they won't communicate with the customer to let them know that plans have changed. They won't show up at the scheduled time but what they WILL do is hound you about payments without completing the job.

  Rushed to put up roof knowing a snow storm was coming. Left a dumpster in my driveway for four days because it would inconvenience them to come pick it up or delay putting my roof up by one day. Had some interior damage needing repair. It took 3 1/2 days to paint one bedroom and the ceiling of another. I was picking up nails and razor blades for a week after the roof was installed. Insurance was billed for work that was not performed and materials that were not used. As a homeowner for 25 years this is by far the worst business that I have interacted with to do work on my house. Unprofessional from start to unfinished work finish.

We always strive to provide the best possible service, and we take your feedback seriously to improve in the future. Regarding the installation of your roof, we understand your concerns. Unfortunately, the weather in Georgia can be unpredictable, and although we did everything possible to complete the installation in a timely manner, which we did successfully, the snowstorm that arrived was severe and affected our ability to finish the cleanup as we normally would, in addition to making it difficult to pick up the dumpster the following day. As you mentioned, the dumpster was left in your driveway overnight, and we were unable to complete the cleanup before it got dark. The next day, due to the snow and freezing of the highways and streets, conditions were not safe for our team to work or to pick up the dumpster, as it could have caused serious accidents. For this reason, we postponed the cleanup and dumpster pickup until Monday, to ensure the safety of our workers. Once conditions were safe, we went to pick up the dumpster and performed a thorough cleanup. However, as we explained during the process, some nails and debris can get trapped in the gutters. We always recommend that homeowners inform us if any issues arise after the installation, and we would be happy to arrange a third cleaning if needed. While this inconvenience is uncommon and the bad weather made things difficult, we are committed to addressing any concerns and ensuring the quality of our work. If there is anything more we can do to assist you, please let us know, and we will do everything possible to resolve it. If this inconvenience has caused any issues with your HOA and you have been fined due to the dumpster, please don't

  I worked with Marielys and she provided excellent service, was very friendly, and I highly recommend her. I replaced the roof on my house and she helped me improve my insurance coverage so I could better protect my home.

  These folks installed a roof across the street and knocked on my door. Free drone inspection where they found storm damage on a 10 plus year old roof. Because of our insurance they were able to make a claim. Justin Thompson helped us navigate the system. Lots of clear communication. Updates as they became available. From the first contact with Justin, until roof replacement took less than a month. Now I have a 20 plus year roof, and get a discount from my insurance company because of the new roofing material. The crew showed up about 6am and we're completely finished, clean up and all by 11am. Respectful of the property, everything was moved on the back porch was put back in place. Even went around with a magnet to pick up any stray nails. Great job, would 100% recommend. Thanks Justin and crew!
