  I needed my exterior door fixed, and was told by Mark he’d send one of his guys to take a look. The initial $200.00 payment was to go towards the assessment and completion of the job. I asked for a receipt, and Mark assured me he would email it to me. A day has gone bye with my again requesting for receipt. No receipt. His guy oiled the lock which did not fix that problem, he assessed the other issue, then stepped outside to talk to Mark. He then came back in and said I needed a new door. I called another company; he easily fixed the first problem, and informed me of what was needed for the second issue and told me that I did not need a new door. So, I paid this company $200.00 to put some WD-40 on my door. Never heard from them, again. It’s been days and no receipt, no text, no email, or phone call. ‘ Shame on Mark and his company to take advantage of innocent people calling their company for repairs. Just tell me that you don’t do small jobs. I have worked my entire life, and to steal $200.00 from me is very sad and also very dishonest.
