  Shingles sliding off my roof. Unreliable and unresponsive. Does not show up to repair, despite their claim that they tried to contact me. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL OR TEXT BACK. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!

  Just an FYI. I had a shingle come off of a 6 year old installation leading to a leak. They guarantee labor for only 3 years. Referred me to a third party to fix.

  Per our records we put a 3 year warranty in place with the previous owner of your property 6 years ago. We hate to hear of the leak in your roofing system. Unfortunately, we can only honor the warranty at 3 years from the date of installation. We understand your frustration however, it would be up to you to take care of any roofing system issues or concerns since it has been 6 years from the date of installation.   Its been over a month since they came to look at my roof after a tree fell through it. Almost no follow up unless I emailed repeatedly. Said they would take care of contacting insurance on my behalf but I was not given updates for weeks. Finally had to tell them that I am going to find a different contractor to work with before they gave me an update. I will be finding someone else to repair my roof.

  I recently contacted Ben through a number of referrals. He got back to me quickly and sent someone out the next day to look at my problem and resolve it. Great customer service and promptness. Would highly recommend this company.

  Had Northwest Roofing come out and provide us an estimate which beat all the other ones we got. With having the best estimate no shortcuts were taken and the our roof came out perfect . 5 stars!

  Tried to find a roofing company to do a quick roof repair for our Inspection to sell our home. First off Ben actually answers his phone, couldn’t be any nicer and did the work quickly and for a great price. Will definitely use them again!

  I highly recommend Northwest roofing and repairs to anyone in need of roofing services in the Macon area. Their professionalism, quality of work, and customer service are excellent. One of the things I liked best about this company is the crew arrived on time every day and completed the project within the promised timeframe.
