I use Northwest Roof Maintenance because I trust them. They are prompt, honest, and friendly. They arranged to have Micah do the inspection since we had dealt with him before. He recommend only what we needed and let us know what we could expect to have to do later. I recently had some repairs done and the roof cleaned and treated. Tanner and Alex showed up on time, explained what they were going to do, and got right to it. They finished and then explained what they had found during the repairs and what it meant. Just a great company all around.

Josh did an amazing job on our roof repair, cleaning (including the gutters and skylights) and moss treatment. He went above and beyond in cleaning up the huge amount of debris which fell from the project. He treated it as if it were his home. Greatly appreciate it!

Pablo, Miguel, Austin and Marion did a great job. The tear-off and roofing was completed in one and half days. They took the time to address the concerns I had about my older home. My situation called for more ventilation and the crew did a nice job with vent locations and aesthetic appearance. Thorough cleanup after the job was a plus also.

Friendly and quick. I am 80 years old, and no longer go on step stools—or ladders and roofs— consequently I didn’t inspect their work. Truth is, apart from replacement of broken roof tiles, I wouldn’t be able to judge the work anyway.
