My roof and 4 skylights were replaced, developed a leak in the ceiling near the one of the skylights and a leak in another room, called and technician came out and caulked the roof, roof continued to leak and had another roofing company come out and found the flashing was installed incorrectly and all 4 skylights were installed incorrectly as well. Paid this roofing company to fix the leak where the flashing was, received a quote from the other company of $1,500 to fix the 4 skylights that were installed incorrectly, no response from NCI to correct the issues.

After the severe storms we had this summer, Alex from NCI came out to assess the damage. He took detailed photos with notes and sent them to me via email almost immediately. He was very helpful with how to apply for a complete roof replacement with my insurance company and even met the insurance representative when he came out to look at the roof. We were approved for a full roof replacement! Alex was flexible and responsive when scheduling the replacement installation and communicated exactly what to expect from the process. When the roofers were here, they got to work quickly and were finished in one day. They cleaned everything up and my roof looks fantastic. The whole process was easy thanks to Alex and NCI’s professionalism, communication, and efficiency.
